Resembling a journalistic pile-on , several Republican Senators demand answers from Kimberly Cheatle, the embattled director of the US Secret Service. Cheatle is under fire for the lapse of Secret Service protection in Butler, Pennsylvania Saturday, resulting in the assassination attempt against President Donald Trump.

The Senators led by Marsha Blackburn ,R-TN and John Barasso, R-WY, confronted a visibly uncomfortable Cheatle at the Republican National Convention, Wednesday.
Lots of ambient noise in the background, but if you listen close you can hear The clip begins with Senator Barasso telling Cheatle the senators have been very disappointed in her leadership and that he is personally calling for her resignation.
Senator Blackburn then asks,” Can you give us an explanation why would anyone allow the President to go on stage when you know you’ve got a potential threat when you got snipers that are…?”
Before Blackburn could finish her question, Cheatle said , “I don’t think this is the forum to have this discussion. “
Cheatle then said she had to leave and that’s when the chase began. Watch:
Here’s the chase from another angle.
Senator Blackburn shared the footage. The House Oversight and Accountability Committee has recently subpoenaed Cheatle, demanding her appearance and answers.
Thumbs up on the effort, Senators.

Dex,
Thank you for your diligence in following this story. The mainstream continues to ignore, chastise, block, etc etc etc..
Why do we continually put up with the “C and D students” in charge of critical parts of our government. This idiot’s experience was with a soda pop company????
Well I’ll take the “Pespsi challenge” any day and say that a I could do a better job at running the secret service……and I used to fall asleep in high school algebra class.
