He is risen! He is risen, indeed!

But on the first day of the week, at early dawn, they went to the tomb, taking the spices they had prepared. And they found the stone rolled away from the tomb, but when they went in they did not find the body of the Lord Jesus. While they were perplexed about this, behold, two men stood by them in dazzling apparel. And as they were frightened and bowed their faces to the ground, the men said to them, “Why do you seek the living among the dead? He is not here, but has risen. Remember how he told you, while he was still in Galilee, that the Son of Man must be delivered into the hands of sinful men and be crucified and on the third day rise.”–Luke 24:1-7

He is risen! He is risen, indeed!

The empty tomb is a sublime reminder of our Lord and Savior, Jesus, conquering sin and death for us because of His perfect love.

The world tries to snatch our joy, but cannot. Christians are no longer of the world because of the Christ. Our home is where He sits, heaven.

Let’s get out of that mode of just saying Jesus Christ as if Christ is His last name. Christ is a title . Christ in the greek comes from the word Christos, which means anointed. The title is the equivalent of the word mashiach , or messiah in Hebrew. Christ literally means Messiah, the “Anointed One” of God.

Anoint means covered with sacred oil. When God anoints someone, He chooses that person for a special mission or task. God sent Jesus to save the world from sin and death.

For only the Son of God, unblemished and without sin, could be the final and ultimate sacrifice to satisfy God’s wrath against mankind due to our sin. Jesus ransomed us from Satan and death on the cross.

Jesus arose three days later, defeating Satan and death. Blessedly, we are no longer enemies of God when we accept Jesus, the Christ, as our Lord and Savior. Jesus marks us spiritually with His blood, so God sees us not as sinners but as sons and daughters in Christ.

The empty tomb also serves as a reminder that Jesus will return. It’s not a question of if, but when. We should endeavor to live from this moment forward with that promise foremost in our minds.

Yes, we live in this world and our flesh is susceptible to worry and anxious thoughts. Fear only occurs when we take our eyes and thoughts from Jesus .

Let us keep the image of empty tomb as a symbol that we will conquer death, as Jesus did, and spend eternity with our Heavenly Father and His Son, the King of Kings and Lord of Lords.

God is in control. Nothing is happening in this world outside of His knowledge. One crucial aspect to God’s plan was, and is that empty tomb.

He is risen! Jesus is risen, indeed!

Praise the LORD!

The MAGA “Fracture” Narrative Isn’t Organic—It’s Being Sold

The Goal is to suppress voter turnout for the midterms

You’ve heard the claim: MAGA is fracturing. But what if that MAGA “fracture” narrative isn’t organic: what if it’s being sold? In other words, pushed, amplified, and repeated to create the very disengagement it predicts?

Courtesy: Politico.com

The media keeps repeating it. Political insiders echo it. Even some conservative voices are starting to lean into it. The message is clear: Trump supporters are supposedly turning on him, disappointed, divided, and ready to walk away.

I don’t buy it.

What I see instead is a coordinated effort to create that perception: loud enough, constant enough, and emotional enough that people start questioning what they already know to be true.

Because that’s how you weaken a movement. If you can’t defeat it outright, you convince its own people it’s falling apart.
Over the past few months, the talking points have been everywhere:
• “Trump is too focused on foreign policy.”
• “He’s ignoring the economy.”
• “This isn’t what voters signed up for.”
• “Nothing’s happening fast enough.”

You’ve probably heard some version of this from friends, social media, or commentators who claim to speak for the base.

But step back for a second.

Who is actually pushing this, and why now?

If you look closely, a lot of this “internal criticism” is being amplified by voices that were never fully on board to begin with. Some of the loudest critics today were openly skeptical, or outright hostile, to Trump in previous cycles. Now suddenly, they’re positioning themselves as protectors of the movement, warning that it’s lost its way.

That should raise an eyebrow.

At the same time, legacy media outlets are more than willing to spotlight every disagreement and frame it as evidence of a civil war. We’ve seen this playbook before: selective amplification, repetition, and narrative framing used to shape perception rather than simply reflect it.

That’s not accidental.
Division is the objective.

If enough Trump voters believe that the movement is fractured, or that Trump has somehow “betrayed” them, the outcome is predictable: people disengage. They sit out. They tune out right when it matters most. And that has consequences.

If Republicans lose one or both houses of Congress in the midterms, the policy agenda stalls. Gridlock returns. And the door opens, again, for endless Democrat investigations and political theater.

Now let’s talk about the substance behind the criticism.

Conservative influencers tell us Trump is failing on the economy because his focus is overseas; that this isn’t what voters wanted.

But what do the underlying trends suggest?

The United States is attracting major investment in the energy, infrastructure, and manufacturing sectors, which are directly tied to long-term economic strength. Capital flows, domestic production, and industrial investment don’t move on headlines; they move on fundamentals. And right now, those fundamentals point toward continued energy development and the reshoring of key industries.

President Trump and Japan Prime Minister Sanae Takaichi after Japan pledges $56 Billion investment to bolster U.S energy and infrastructure

That matters. That’s not narrative, that’s tangible economic direction.

On foreign policy, the concern has always been endless wars: open-ended conflicts with no clear objective. Voters are right to be wary of that. But limited, strategic actions are not the same thing as the prolonged nation-building efforts that defined the last two decades.
That distinction rarely makes it into the headlines.

Here’s the bigger point: movements don’t collapse because of disagreement. Disagreement is normal. It’s healthy.
They collapse when their own people start to internalize a narrative built to weaken them in the first place: when frustration turns into disengagement.

Right now, there’s a clear effort to shape perception, attempting to turn uncertainty into doubt, and doubt into apathy.
And that’s where voters need to be careful.

MAGA has grown stronger over the past decade and is certainly not as fragile as some would have you believe. However, anti-MAGA forces are trying to convince enough people to lose confidence at the exact moment their participation matters most.

At some point, it comes down to a simple choice: Trust what you’re seeing, or trust the narrative being handed to you.
And history shows those aren’t always the same thing.

Oh, and one final note…
If you’ve been hearing the “fracture” narrative everywhere lately, it’s worth asking:
Are you seeing it?
Or are you buying the narrative?

It’s not Republican v. Democrat-It’s about direction

Look, I’m sure you’ve been as frustrated with the Republican Party as I have. Too many in leadership come off as weak, reactive, and more concerned with playing it safe than actually winning. And yeah, sometimes it feels like they’re doing just enough to irritate their own voters heading into the midterms.

Senate Majority Leader John Thune, flanked by Senate Leaders speaks to the press

So, let’s just say it plainly: this isn’t about Republican versus Democrat anymore.

This is about direction. It’s about leadership. And right now, the driving force behind the Republican Party is Donald Trump. There is no version of the GOP that wins nationally without him. That’s just reality.

President Donald Trump, the driving force of the GOP

Make America Great Again (MAGA) isn’t some side movement: it is the energy of the party. And that’s exactly what makes the establishment uncomfortable. They’ve spent years trying to manage it, soften it, or sideline it. That hasn’t worked, and it’s not going to.
Take the SAVE America Act as a perfect example. Requiring proof of citizenship to vote should be a political layup. Polling consistently shows broad public support for voter ID, including among independents and even some Democrats. And yet, delay, hesitation, and excuses are the refrain of Senate Majority Leader John Thune and usual RINO (Republican in Name Only) suspects. We hear about the filibuster, about not having the votes, and about not wanting to open the door to amendments.

Let’s be honest: If the Democrats were in the majority, do you think they would hesitate to nuke the filibuster? Not a chance. They change the rules immediately.

Yet, there may be a workaround to Senate Majority Leader Thune’s trepidation.

As explained by From Real Clear Politics:
“Reconciliation allows Congress to pass legislation affecting federal spending and revenues with a simple majority vote. Debate is limited, and the 60-vote threshold does not apply. It is a standard part of the congressional process that both parties have used when priorities demand action.Democrats used reconciliation to finalize key provisions of the Affordable Care Act. Republicans used it to pass the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act. The precedent is clear and well established.”

Republicans also used budget reconciliation to pass the Big Beautiful bill in 2025.

That’s the kind of thinking voters want to see: less handwringing, more action.

But here’s the reality: despite your frustration with the GOP, you can’t sit out the 2026 Mid-Term Election. Because in the short term, the mission is simple: win. Hold the House. Take the Senate. Build a majority strong enough to actually move an agenda. And yes, that may mean supporting candidates you dislike. That’s politics. It’s not always clean or easy, but it’s how you get results.

The bigger picture matters more.

We’re on the cusp of something major here: a new golden age for America. Trump is not only remaking the political, economic, and national security framework of America, but his policies and decisive actions are doing the same to the geopolitical order that’s been in place since the post-World War 2 era.

So yeah, be frustrated. That’s justified. But don’t lose sight of where this is going.

If the party drags its feet, voters can and should hold them accountable. That’s how this works. But walking away entirely? That just hands the advantage to the other side.

For now, stay focused. Stay engaged. Play the long game like Trump is doing.

You don’t have to love every piece of the machine, but if you want it to move in your direction, you still have to help push it.
All good? Good.

Bold Creativity or a reality denial?

A black woman cast as Helen of Troy? Rumor or not, Hollywood’s race-swapping of historically white fictional characters continues to alienate audiences, while the industry feigns confusion over falling ticket sales. Are such casting choices bold creativity, or a reality denial?

Lupita Nyong’o as Helen of Troy?

The latest example is a textbook case of cognitive dissonance. Actors, writers, and producers operate inside an insular bubble, increasingly detached from the expectations of the general public.

Recent rumors suggest that Christopher Nolan, in his upcoming film The Odyssey, has cast Lupita Nyong’o as Helen of Troy, a central figure in Homer’s The Iliad, written nearly 3,000 years ago. The same rumors claim Nolan cast Zendaya as Athena, another foundational figure in Greek mythology.

Nyong’o is undeniably beautiful and a talented actress, so none of this is a personal criticism. The issue is fidelity to the source material. Homer described Helen as “fair” and “white-armed,” and later writers immortalized her as “the face that launched a thousand ships.” For centuries, readers reasonably assumed that a character rooted in Greek mythology, written by Greeks, about Greeks, would be depicted accordingly. This understanding was never controversial until Hollywood began retrofitting ancient stories to suit a so-called modern audience.

Social media is buzzing, and not with enthusiasm. In an era of collapsing box-office returns and widespread contempt for celebrity moralizing, audiences are once again left wondering why Hollywood insists on provoking backlash instead of making films people actually want to see.

If these casting rumors turn out to be false, fine. The Odyssey will likely succeed on its own merits. If they’re true, many viewers will simply take Hollywood at its word and not spend their money. That isn’t a boycott, it’s consumer choice.

Why does this matter? Because people value continuity, coherence, and familiarity. Most sane people don’t appreciate out-of-touch elites telling them that what they’ve learned and understood their entire lives is suddenly “wrong.” Rewriting well-established cultural touchstones feels less like creativity and more like coercion. In that sense, it echoes Orwell’s 1984: being pressured to accept that 2 + 2 = 5, not because it’s true, but because authority insists.

From a business standpoint, none of this makes sense. Christopher Nolan directing a faithful epic adaptation of The Odyssey should be a guaranteed financial success. He is one of the few directors capable of carrying out a singular artistic vision. So why manufacture controversy?

Perhaps because controversy generates headlines, backlash can then be reframed as evidence of “inherent racism,” conveniently deflecting criticism away from poor creative and commercial decisions. Division has become a reliable marketing strategy.

It’s no mystery why Tinseltown has lost its luster. Audiences increasingly recognize that virtue signaling has replaced storytelling and that lectures have replaced entertainment. We’re constantly told, “If you don’t like it, don’t watch it.”

Message received.

As moviegoers continue to reject Hollywood’s politics and its insistence on telling people how to think and live, they’re following that advice: quietly, decisively, and with their wallets.

None of this is an argument against diversity, modern storytelling, or new interpretations created honestly and on their own terms. It’s an argument for respecting source material as source material. Ancient mythology is not a blank canvas for contemporary political messaging; it is a cultural artifact with its own internal logic, geography, and identity. When filmmakers adapt works like The Iliad or The Odyssey, accuracy is not oppression; it is fidelity.

Modern politics can stand on its own merits without being imposed on civilizations that never knew them. Audiences aren’t rejecting progress; they’re rejecting distortion. And until Hollywood understands the difference, it will continue mistaking principled resistance for prejudice—and artistic failure for moral virtue.

What do you think? Am I over-reacting? Please feel free to comment down below.

Why I am boycotting the Super Bowl

Halftime show at 2018 Super Bowl

I just canceled my upcoming Super Bowl LX party. Want to know why I am boycotting the Super Bowl?

The NFL has become openly hostile to my values as a Christian and an American, while aggressively pushing political and cultural messaging that I fundamentally reject. I’m through contributing, passively or otherwise, to the left’s erosion of both faith and country.

Bad Bunny slams ICE after receiving Album of the Year award at 68th Grammy Awards .
Bad Bunny receives award for Album of the Year at the 68th Annual Grammy Awards

The NFL choosing Bad Bunny as the halftime performer, despite mainstream fans’ protests, was the last straw for me. The Puerto Rican rapper has made no secret of his hatred of President Donald Trump and was one of many recipients who slammed ICE at the recent Grammy Awards. I get the left wanting this guy to perform: it’s a huge middle finger to Trump. However, it’s also an f-you to half the NFL viewership who support the President.

“But it’s just a game, Dex. Ignore the politics and enjoy the contest.”
I’ve heard that line for years, and I’m finished pretending it’s true. The idea that people can separate sports from politics only works when one side isn’t constantly forcing its ideology into the spectacle. Why am I always expected to bite my tongue in the face of blatant offense?

No more.

If this means walking away from the NFL, so be it. NBA viewership cratered after fans pushed back against the league doubling down on relentless political messaging. The NFL isn’t immune to the same consequences.

And yes, I know the history. The NFL was as American as apple pie: Vince Lombardi, the “Steel Curtain”, the “Doomsday Defense”, Jim Brown, Tom Brady, the ’73 Dolphins. That’s precisely what makes this so frustrating. When you think of all that bygone greatness, it’s tough to imagine it tied to the NFL in its current virtue-signaling form.

Seattle Seahawks players taking a knee in support of Black Lives Matter in 2020
Seattle Seahawks players taking a knee in support of Black Lives Matter in 2020

Today’s NFL feels less like a sports league and more like a cultural activism platform. From performative protests to overproduced halftime shows designed to provoke, to the constant insistence that coaching hires must satisfy political narratives rather than merit, the league has lost the plot.

Can we go back to a time when athletes played, coaches coached, and politics stayed out of sports? When halftime shows didn’t alienate half the audience? When excellence, not ideology, was the standard?
Instead, leftist politics now infect everything: sports, movies, music, history, and even children’s programming. And it’s always the same ideology, pushed everywhere, all the time. At some point, it stops feeling organic and starts feeling coercive.

Let’s be honest. The left’s constant saturation is designed to convince you that your values are outdated, marginal, or irrelevant. That your faith doesn’t belong in public life. That resistance is futile. That’s not persuasion: that’s cultural gaslighting. And judging by the number of churches flying political banners and the number of Republicans more eager to attack conservatives than oppose the left, it’s been disturbingly effective.

Enough.

It’s time to start calling bad ideas exactly what they are: warped, destructive, and disconnected from reality. It’s also time to refuse participation. Life is too short to willingly subject ourselves to content we find offensive while trying to relax and enjoy a game.

So yes, that’s why I’m boycotting the 2026 Super Bowl. I won’t be sitting through commercials that demean half the country, halftime shows I have to walk out on, or broadcasts more focused on ideological compliance than on the sport itself.

I’ll take old-fashioned competition, merit, and excellence, without the propaganda, any day.

Why is Tucker Carlson suddenly MAGA enemy #1?

Why is Tucker Carlson suddenly MAGA enemy #1? It’s because Ben Shapiro and Mark Levin say so.

Mark Levin and Ben Shapiro

According to these two, Carlson is an antisemitic because of three unforgiveable reasons: 1) He dared to question foreign aid to Israel and our involvement in their wars, 2) at the Charlie Kirk funeral, he compared Kirk’s assassination to that of the Pharisees’ call for killing Jesus, and 3) Tucker committed the unforgiveable sin of giving an honest interview to Nick Fuentes. They want Tucker canceled, humiliated, and ruined.

Tucker Carlson (L), interviewing Nick Fuentes (R)

So, let’s get this straight: questioning US foreign aid, quoting Scripture, and practicing free speech means you are evil incarnate? That’s what Levin, Shapiro, and much of the conservative elite are decreeing.

My question is, who made them the arbiters of Make America Great Again? Oh, that’s right, themselves. Funny, how these MAGA purists hated Donald Trump when he first ran for President in 2016. They angrily declared Trump was a threat to conservatism in the same panicked tones currently calling for Tucker’s career demise.

During his radio program in 2016, Levin ranted about Trump being an existential threat to the conservative movement. It reached the point where Levin’s show ratings plummeted. I used to listen to Levin when I was a neophyte conservative. His unhinged rantings about Bad Orange Man removed the scales from my eyes. I also used to listen to Shapiro. However, I stopped when he suggested that Trump losing to Hillary Clinton in 2016 would strengthen conservatism.

So now these former Trump haters are dictating what we can question. They are deciding who we shouldn’t listen to. They are also telling us what we should believe. Historically, those advocating for cancel culture have sought to limit people’s exposure to specific information. They fear such revelations may threaten their narrative and/or agenda. That’s true on both the so-called right and the left.

This united cadre of cancel culture is creeped out by the possibility that the words of hated individuals may resonate. They worry that these opinions might click with the masses. Remember this the next time you hear someone labeled as a bigot, racist, Uncle Tom, sexist, homophobe, or anti-Semite. Consider who is doing the shouting. The media, politicians, and academia do this en masse.

Why is Tucker Carlson MAGA enemy #1? He’s doing his part to help people make up their own minds, rather than allowing gatekeepers to hold sway over them. With the assassination of Charlie Kirk, there is a leadership void. A national figure is missing, one who appeals to the hearts and minds of young men. The conservative elite fears Fuentes taking up that mantle.

Do I agree with everything Nick Fuentes, Alex Jones, or even Tucker Carlson say? No, of course not. Let me also say that at one time, I thought Tucker was controlled opposition and did not trust him. My opinion has since changed, and I regard Mr. Carlson as a true patriot.

However, I reserve the right as an American to choose whether or not to listen to what these men say. Shutting them down and throwing the Nazi word around, with reckless abandon, is undoubtedly not MAGA.

Are Fuentes and Carlson as evil as Shapiro and Levin claim? If they are, why not simply debate them? Such an exchange would challenge and expose their supposedly dangerous ideas for all to see. Perhaps Shapiro and Levin have not announced such an event because they fear losing the argument. They might believe the public will not side with them.

That’s the beauty of freedom of speech– exposure to ideas you can either accept or reject. This truth is something the conservative elite has chosen to ignore and wants Americans to forget.

Is Proposition 50 a slam dunk?

Is Proposition 50 a slam dunk? California media reports suggest so. However, certain tells may indicate otherwise.

The biggest tell is the Democrats’ use of President Barack Hussein Obama (BHO), Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (AOC), and even Senator Elizabeth “Pocahontas” Warren in their latest commercials.. Bringing in their heavy hitters suggests a genuine concern that voters may plan to reject Prop 50.

Here’s the truth: Prop. 50 is nothing but even more absurd gerrymandering of districts to add five more Democrat congressional seats. This, to counter the Texas Republicans doing the same, in the Lone Star State—at least that is the justification. The ads would have you believe Newsom and Democrats are doing this to protect Democracy and resist President Donald Trump.

Uh-huh. What the Democrats are really trying to prevent is their House of Representatives numbers from shrinking further.

Gerrymandering has been going on for decades, especially in blue states and especially in California. Republicans regularly win 40 percent of the vote in the Golden State, yet out of 52 districts, only nine percent are won by the GOP. This 17 percent underrepresentation is because of gerrymandering.

Prop 50 would take away redistricting from the so-called non-partisan Citizen Redistricting Commission and transfer this power, “temporarily,” to the Democrat legislature. Newsom and the Dems believe voters are stupid enough to think they will relinquish this authority when Trump is stopped. LOL!

Apparently, internal polling must be showing the voters aren’t totally on board for this BS, hence the presence of BHO, AOC, and “Pocahantas” Warren. The problem is that BHO has no coattails. His endorsements have no pull. The latest example was Barry Hussein failing to shame black men into voting for Kamala. How did that work out? The plain truth is that an ever-growing number of Americans dislike Obama.

AOC–to put it kindly– is a mental lightweight, and “Pocahontas” Warren is a shrill liar. Trump dubbed her Pocahontas because she lied for years about claiming Native American heritage to receive academic promotions.

Let us not forget Newsom’s incompetence as governor for two terms, most recently during the Palisades Fire. Remember this viral image of Newsom caught lying to an evacuated homeowner, claiming he was on the phone with the president?

Governor Newsom caught lying to Palisades Fire victim.

And who could forget his hypocrisy during the pandemic when the media infamously caught him dining with friends at an exclusive restaurant while the rest of California was locked down?

Governor Newsom dining at the exclusive French Laundry in 2020

Considering this disingenuous and shameless bunch, are most Californians really falling for their so-called defense of Democracy? I’m hoping recent trends make this seem unlikely.

Trump flipped eight additional California counties red in the 2024 election, and Republicans are surging with voter registration in the Golden State. Republicans gained over 46,000 new voters statewide, while Democrats lost over 30,000. Hispanics and blacks also turned out in record numbers and voted for Trump. Does this sound like Prop 50 is a slam dunk? Sure, history has shown many Californians tend to be brainless voters, but are they suddenly believing these serial liars are telling the truth?

All the Dems have is making this election against Trump when, except for Democrat wailing and gnashing of teeth, voters are seeing a President trying to re-establish the rule of law in America, and especially in blue states.

The dirty little secret is that the Democrats have made Republicans impotent in this state by gerrymandering. What they are calling for now is wringing out more redistricting to the point of absurdity.

Prop 50 has nothing to do with preserving Democracy in the classic sense, but instead has everything to do with slowing the will of Americans who want this party out of power for at least a generation.

Key Takeaways

  • Democrats use high-profile endorsers like Obama, AOC, and Warren, indicating concerns about voter rejection of Prop 50.
  • Prop 50 aims to increase Democrat congressional seats through gerrymandering, countering similar actions by Texas Republicans.
  • The proposition seeks to transfer redistricting power from a non-partisan commission to the Democrat legislature temporarily.
  • Gavin Newsom’s past failures and the political landscape show signs of growing Republican support in California, contrary to Democrats’ claims.
  • Ultimately, Prop 50 focuses on preserving Democrat power rather than genuinely protecting Democracy.

The leftist superpower: a lack of shame

One thing you can say about the left is their immunity to charges of hypocrisy. It is because of the leftist superpower: a lack of shame.

The left masks this lack of shame with constant outrage. Case in point, Democrats are gritting and gnashing their teeth over President Donald Trump remodeling the East Wing of the White House for the construction of a grand ballroom.

Demolition of the East Wing of White House for new grand ballroom

“It’s a desecration of a historical landmark!” The White House is not Trump’s palace, it’s the people’s building!” “It’s another example of Trump as an autocratic dictator!”
Hmmm, my question is, where was that outrage when radical leftists tore down beautiful and historic statues because they were deemed hateful and offensive?

Statue of Stonewall Jackson before and after transformation to monstrous mutant by LA gallery artist

There were no shouts of desecration of historical landmarks or concerns about the people affected by their removal. The refrain from the left was to tear down these statues of Confederate generals and other slave owners.
And then they act like the White House has never been remodeled to suit the Presidents who occupied it. Theodore Roosevelt built a tennis court located at the south end of the West Wing. In 1933, Franklin Delano Roosevelt (FDR) had an indoor swimming pool for polio-related physical therapy.

FDR indoor swimming pool

White House officials later covered the pool and turned it into the Press Briefing Room in 1970. Harry Truman gutted the entire White House interior for major reconstruction from 1949 to 1952.

President Harry Truman reconstruction of the White House 1949-1952

Barack Obama changed the tennis court into a basketball court.

For decades, tents went up for major state events. Now, Trump wants to build a grand ballroom worthy of the people’s house. What he is doing is no different from other presidents, but Democrats and wussy Republicans in name only (RINOs) don’t want you to know that.
Any regular person would feel shamed if called out for their hypocrisy. Instead, the left is doubling down. I guess this superpower cancels out a conscience.

Oh and here’s an image of what the golden ballroom will looked like .

A tipping point for America

The assassination of Charlie Kirk, I believe, is a tipping point for America. It was also the horrifying culmination of ten days of an ever-escalating picture of the left and its true colors.

Charlie Kirk at Utah Valley College, moments before his assassination

First, the Phillies Karen. A screeching image of a leftist feminist ideology, she invoked the disgust of sports fans and decent people nationwide. This harridan symbolized the left’s unrepentant selfishness, after snatching the home run ball a father retrieved for his son on his birthday. After all, she shrieked, “That’s my ball!

Phillies Karen a symbol of the unrepentant selfishness of the left.
Phillies Karen screams at Drew Feltwell and his son after Feltwell retrieved home run ball for his son’s birthday.

Next, we saw the left race to condemn the victim while coddling the criminality of a black man. Then, social media backlash and a rebuke from President Trump led to the media finally covering a story they tried to bury– the horrible stabbing murder of 23-year-old Iryna Zarutska, a beautiful young Ukrainian woman by a savage and remorseless black criminal. This thug had been arrested at least 14 times by police, and each time let go. The black female mayor of Charlotte, North Carolina actually tried to minimize the heinous crime by calling it a mental health issue and blaming society, rather than the vicious monster.

An angry President Donald Trump showing the picture Iryna Zarutska and her murderer

Then, everything escalated last week, for all to see. The far left, has shown it will kill those whose ideas come from a foundation of love and truth.

Taylor Robinson , the alleged 22 year old assassin apparently confessed to the shooting of Charlie Kirk in a chat-room before turning himself in to police. Robinson’s boyfriend who is transitioning into a female has been cooperating with law enforcement officials.

Americans recoiled in revulsion in the aftermath of the murder, as leftist sociopaths gleefully celebrated. However, conservatives are fighting fire with fire and cancelling these ghouls by getting them fired from their jobs.

Charlie Kirk’s mission came from the light and love of Jesus Christ.
God inspired Charlie to speak truth from a Biblical foundation, which changed the hearts of many of those who witnessed these debates. Charlie was able to debate because this was a talent from God. This young husband and father answered God’s call and served willingly, fearless of the cost.

I believe God has used these terrible recent events to show how entrenched evil has become in our culture. When leftists passionately defend wickedness and blame the victims, this is a picture no one can truly wipe from their minds.

More people, including moderate liberals, are sobering up to the fact that Democrats/leftists are a moral cancer to America. What they stand for has moved far beyond mere policy differences to advocating political violence. Patriotic Americans are realizing the Democrat party has no qualms about snuffing out opposing viewpoints by any means necessary.

There is no getting along with this party anymore, and normal people must call out unhinged leftist harangues always. They have gleefully cancelled people, and now the time has come to cancel them. We can personally dedicate our lives to shunning those extreme leftists who justify murder and mayhem.

Shunning can take the form of limited eye contact, withholding friendly banter, and literally showing no emotion during any interaction. Yes, we must certainly pray for the tortured souls of extreme leftists and moderate liberals ( who are complicit by their refusal to condemn the radical elements of their party) that they would accept Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. We must also have forgiveness in our hearts; however, the time has come to symbolically shake the dust from our feet and turn them over to God.

No more throwing pearls before swine. The time has come for praying imprecatory psalms against demonic leftist ideology. After all, what does darkness have in common with light and death, life?
We, as Christians, hate the sin, but Jesus commands us to love our enemies. Love does not mean going along to get along. Love demands drawing a line in the sand.

We cannot change their hearts by playing nice and bearing their hateful rhetoric with an aw-shucks smile. Until these people denounce the murderous hatred on the left and the Democrat Party, they are not worthy of recognition

America is at a tipping point: either the Democrats win or we win. It truly is that simple. They’ve been dominant, as evidenced by their control of the language and pop culture. Up to now, we’ve placed ourselves in a self-imprisonment by not pushing back. We’ve been so fearful about leftists demonizing us as racists, bigots, transphobes, or whatever. Now is the time to stop fearing the mean labels and embrace them.

Time to start living the truth and when necessary, speaking truth. We’ve also reached the point of avoiding any association with deranged leftist ideology, including those with those who cannot or will not denounce overt evil.

Guess what? Those who encourage racial strife, defend criminals, celebrate murder, engage in physical violence/destruction, encourage physical mutilation, promote chaos, hate America, and loathe God are the bad guys.

Christians/conservatives do not need to resort to violence because our ideas, based on Godly principles, have the power to persuade since love is the foundation. If that were not true, the left would not have murdered Charlie Kirk. However, we must stop disregarding what the Democrat Party and the left have become and rebuke them thoroughly.

Throwing off the chains of tyranny

Happy Independence weekend! This time of celebration deserves prayers and praises to God because we are in the process of throwing off the chains of tyranny.

Think of what we experienced in the past four years. Americans have been through a worldwide pandemic, unconstitutional lockdowns, masks, coerced covid vaccinations, the summer of love, taking a knee, J6 political prisoners, transgender madness, drag queen story hour, a stolen presidential election, record inflation, and skyrocketing crime and homelessness in our once great big cities.

Where were the political leaders willing to fight for us?There was no one of significance, save for President Donald Trump.

The only man in the past eight years who put Americans first was under constant assault from a corrupt ruling class headed by the puppet President Joe Biden. They tried to embarrass him, bankrupt him, imprison him. When that all failed, they tried to kill him.

However, their efforts backfired. Instead of demonizing Trump a he became a cause celebre, gaining the attention of Democrat blacks, Hispanics and moderate whites. These rational people saw through the witch-hunts and the Kangaroo courts and began to ask ,”Why is there so much opposition against this man?”

Americans listened to the character assassination of Trump as a Hitler, Stalin or Mussolini and questioned. They saw no concentration camps, gulags, brown shirts or political imprisonments under this man’s presidency, unlike the murderous dictators the propaganda media kept comparing him to.

What Americans saw playing out was a crucial link in the chains of tyranny. It wasn’t enough the wicked authoritarians wanted to break our spirit, they tried to destroy the one inspirational figure to the patriotic people of the country.

They tried and failed. In fact, the tyrants of the left and the deep state shot the proverbial wad. In trying to eliminate Trump , they created an almost mythological figure. The image of him rising ,wounded with his fist in the air and yelling to “Fight, fight, fight!” is indelible.

Patriots know he’s only a man, but they also know God appoints certain people for the times. Trump is the man for these times of righting the American ship. MAGA loves Trump because they know he genuinely loves the people of this country.

That’s the difference between a hack politician and genuine statesman. Oh yes, Trump is a statesman along the lines of the Founding Fathers.

“Seriously Dex, you’re comparing Bad Orange Man to George Washington, Benjamin Franklin and Thomas Jefferson?” Yes I am. Like these great men, Trump is a transformative figure, unmotivated by political expediency. His focus does not seem to be himself, but instead, the freedom, prosperity and security of the American people.

Like the Founders, he also risked everything, including his life, fortune and sacred honor.

In many ways he symbolizes all we’ve overcome in these last four years, which makes Trump’s re-election such an historical landmark. He is the living embodiment of that American tenacity that never quits, despite overwhelming odds.

I don’t know about you , but this was the first Independence Day in five years where peace, not worry, was my first thought about the direction of America.

How appropriate President Trump is heading the nation as it begins the year long celebration leading to its 250th birthday. Throwing off the chains of tyranny symbolized this nation at its founding and now. Happy Independence weekend!
