Is Tim Walz is feeling the heat from his 30 past visits to China? Walz’s very weird and awkward moment at the Vice Presidential Debate makes voters wonder.

Talk about a show-stopper.
Moderator Margaret Brennan asked Governor Walz why he lied about visiting Tiananmen Square during the protest in 1989. Instead of just copping to it , Walz, instead, vomited out a mea culpa justifying his past visits to China.
His response had nothing to do with the original question, so Brennan pressed him again. And get this, Walz concluded his response with the same lie ! LOL.
Listen to it yourself:
From that He learned “what needed to be in governance.” That could be taken a whole number of ways.
Despite the moderators best efforts to put Walz in the best possible light, they simply could not overcome his constant squirrelly movements and weird facial expressions.

If Joe Biden is a walking gaffe machine, Walz and Kamala are meme gold. And Walz may have sunk whatever remaining hopes for Harris/Walz ticket with the following additional verbal miscue.
That’s right, Walz really said he’s become friends with school shooters. President Trump immediately called Walz out with this post on X:
“Second time he has said, ‘I’ve been friends with school shooter.’ What does he mean by this? Is he insane?”

Of course, Walz’s historically bad performance does not take away from J.D. Vance, who did a masterful job with the facts to stymie both Walz and the CBS moderators. Vance was certainly not my first VP choice for Trump, but I have to say I was impressed.
Whereas Walz kept taking notes furiously , looking down or to the side, Vance looked directly into the camera and presented a confident grin or warm smile when listening to Walz’s retorts. Senator Vance’s January 6 response commenting that Trump did , in fact, engage in a peaceful transfer of power on January 20, Biden’s inauguration , was masterful.
Vance’s response flew in the face of the media and Democrat narrative about Trump’s being an existential danger to democracy on J6. It was a unique counter to the media’s demonization of Trump.
Vance then answered that Kamala’s calls for censorship is the bigger threat to Democracy. And speaking of democracy, if I have one gripe about Vance ,Trump and commentators like Tucker Carlson ,to certain degree , is their lack of pushback against this notion of America as a democracy. America was founded as a representative, constitutional republic and it’s high time for that reiteration.
Excuse my rant.
Meanwhile, Walz’s very weird and awkward moment at the Vice Presidential Debate continues the downfall of the flailing Harris/Walz ticket.
