The Great Revelation…America and the rest of the world is living it right now. More and more people are coming to the reality of government tyranny.
With that Eureka moment, a depressing fact takes center stage: these governments, hate the people . We’re not talking some mild annoyance, but a genuine loathing of those they were elected to serve.
Why else are we experiencing a level of tyranny and lawlessness that until the past four years, people would have never thought conceivable in America and Western Civilization?
Who would have ever thought in America, an incumbent president attempting to criminalize and silence his opponent? Did you ever imagine a country, founded on the rule of law, establishing a two-tier system of justice that spares the guilty while prosecuting the innocent?
And the amazing thing is, they’re not even trying to hide their authoritarianism anymore. In Canada, the assets of protesting truckers were frozen. In Australia, the government initiated quarantine camps for vaccine refusers. And today, we find out that the initial roll-out for a digital currency trading platform could begin as soon as 12 to 24 months.
If a Central Bank digital monetary system doesn’t concern you as a threat to liberty, it should. This means government will not only be able to monitor the transactions of every citizen, but will also have the ability to freeze assets of anyone deemed a danger. This could be a political opponent or even you, for demanding redress.
America is a Constitutional Republic currently ruled by certain individuals who hate the Constitution, the founding document they swore an oath to defend. Oh, they call our form of government , democracy, and they keep telling us it, not the Constitution, is what’s under threat.
But think about who the tyrants deem a threat to democracy. Is it the invaders pouring through our border daily? Nope. Is it those who use family political influence to enrich themselves? Negative. Or how those about social media companies who censor under the rubric of misinformation, malformation or disinformation? Uh uh.
Instead, the threat to democracy is the businessman and former President, and those who support him. It’s the protestors who dared question the results of of the last presidential election. It’s the American who takes seriously the 2nd Amendment. It’s also the man or woman who refused the covid jab and refused to comply with mask mandates. It’s the person who believes God only created two sexes or genders, if you will. Finally, it is the citizen reporter who breaks stories the propaganda media ignore.
This is the Great Revelation. It’s sad and scary, but at the same time, necessary. After all, an alcoholic can only change once he hits rock bottom. The same goes for a rotting foundation of a house. It must be repaired and strengthened before any remodel can begin.
In America’s case, we had to see this the level of evil to realize how much we need God back in the forefront of our governance and morality.
Some have called this a new Great Awakening. I disagree, because every other Awakening in our history was sparked by certain Christian leaders who preached God’s love and called for repentance. While some vocal Christian leaders exist currently, none of them are leading a movement on a massive scale.
Instead, the revelation of institutional evil is shaking the people out of their former apathy, not, solely, the conviction of God’s word. What they see, frightens them. They want to go back to how America used to be. The question is, do they want to go back to that complacency of economic prosperity or do they want God?
I really hope its God they want. While our economic prosperity was and is a blessing; worshipping it , instead of the Creator, got us in our current situation.
