In, but not of the world

Are there are occasions following politics where you forget that as a Christian, you are in , but not of the world (John 15:18-19)? This is especially important to recall during this Christmas season where we celebrate the miraculous birth of Christ.

Like our Lord and Savior , Jesus, We are sojourners in this temporal world . Yet because of Jesus’ virgin birth, life, and later His death and resurrection , our minds and spirits are also fixed on eternity (Colossians 3:2).

Do we have concerns about the present and all the worries that come from witnessing lies, evil and tyranny? You bet we do.

However, as children of God these concerns do not overwhelm or bring fear into our hearts for very long. For Jesus’ coming to the world gave us life abundantly( John 10:10). He did so by setting us free from the snares of sin and secondarily, this fallen world .

In Him, and through His love, we are new creations (2 Corinthians 5:17), set apart to do good works for God’s will and purposes (Ephesians 2:10). The old nature, fixed only on temporal lusts and temptations, is dead and what Christ has resurrected, stands.

Jesus is truly the reason for the season, the Christ -Mas(s). Let’s give praise and thanks to Him for transforming us from wicked sinners, worthy of death, to God-fearing men and women seeking His heart and will for our lives. This is truth.

God’s truth feeds and strengthens us, while His purpose guides our paths. What can man do to us (Psalm 118:6) ? For God uses every trial and tribulation for the Christian’s greater good (Romans 8:28).

This means blessing in every way, shape, and form. God’s sovereign plan for our lives means even what is meant for evil against us is turned into good (Genesis 50:20).

No weapon forged against us shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17) because we are in , but not of the world. Our home is a new heaven and earth (Revelation 21), living forever with the Father and the Son.

The Creator of the heavens and earth , is the master craftsman, preparing those who love His Son, for eternity. For God is making us more like Jesus which each day that passes. Truly, He who has began a good work in us will be faithful to complete it (Philippians 1:6).

Tasked also in this effort is the Holy Spirit , who counsels and intercedes for us constantly. Even when all we have is groans , the Spirit speaks to God on our behalf (Romans 8:26-27).

The Spirit speaks powerfully to us through God’s Word and conversely the Word’s power is only made manifest to us through the Holy Spirit. Only when both are prevalent in our daily walk will we truly be able to stand fast in God, no matter the circumstances.

When the Christian has both of these engines firing, the Word and the Spirit, l0ok out! Through God’s mighty power, you will be able to accomplish what was formerly unthinkable in your former sinful and dead nature.

Don’t you realize God is calling you? He has given each one of us unique spiritual gifts ( Ephesians 4:7-16) to carry out “missions” tailored for these talents.

This is not for us to puff out our chests in pride (Romans 12:3-8); knowing this should humble us. God is not a respecter of persons (Romans 2:11-16), therefore , do not become conceited and certainly, do not elevate men, even pastors and presidents as better or smarter than you.

Do you know God’s calling on your life, or are you floundering? Ask through diligent prayer and study, for that is our communication with our eternal Heavenly Father.

And speaking of prayers how do you pray to your Father? Do rote, memorized supplications comprise your communication or do you seek Him with raw, vulnerable petitions?

Obviously God hears all of our prayers , but He desires intimacy with us. Our Heavenly Father wants us to love Him with all of heart, soul, mind and strength (Matt.22:37, Mark 12:30, Luke 10;27).

God already knows our every thought and feeling before we pray, for He is omniscient and omnipresent. He just wants us to get it.

Intimacy requires vulnerability and humility, which are considered weakness in the world. However, both are strengths in God’s eyes because it is in those traits we truly experience His power.

This Christmas , let us remember God’s loving gift to mankind, His only begotten Son, Jesus. Let us also never forget that because of Christ, we are in, but not of the world.

Happy MAGA holidays!

Happy MAGA Holidays! Kinda has a nice ring to it, huh?

Wasn’t this the best Thanksgiving in the last four years? For the first time in long time , there was something to be thankful about: Donald Trump’s re-election.

I’ve talked to lots of fellow conservatives since November 5 and the response has been the same: It feels like a tremendous weight has been lifted from our shoulders and we can breathe again.

The last time a presidential election felt this good was 2016. Remember how you felt when Trump’s win over Hillary Clinton, signaled the end of President Barack Obama’s divisive reign?

Now, we see a light at the end of the tunnel, an end to the nightmare that has been the Joe Biden/ Kamala Harris Administration : a creepy , senile corruptocrat and a cackling half-wit. Without a doubt, the worst presidency in this nation’s history.

The worst presidents and vice-presidents in US history?

What is it about inept and oppressive leaders that figuratively suck the life out of you? Obama certainly had that draining quality to people, who never fell for the media siren call to swoon over the first black president, but Biden/Harris took that talent to the next level.

Trump’s winning of the electoral college and the popular vote gobsmacked the left. Seriously, these narcissists are still in tatters trying to figure out what went wrong.

Of course, it’s nothing they’ve done, what with woke or DEI. The problem is you for believing all that misinformation and disinformation disparaging the economy and manufacturing the border crisis.

The Democrat Party has become so delusional they are unable to see most Americans are no longer susceptible to their lies. And what does the left lie about in this country? Everything!

They not only lie to us, they lie to themselves. In fact they have fibbed, fabricated and libeled so much, they believe their falsehoods as truth.

The Democrats’ cognitive dissonance has become their undoing. They see the evidence of their failed policies but are so psychologically invested that to admit the truth to themselves would be devastating.

I could go on with this, but I think you get the idea. For now let’s enjoy God’s gift to us of a massive and glorious leftist meltdown. Let us pray to God this destructive and godless party is out of power for at least the next three generations.

In the meantime, America looks forward to a MAGA Christmas, where Jesus Christ reigns supreme, and a MAGA New Year where optimism returns. Happy MAGA holidays!

The mentally enslaved

The epic meltdown of Democrats after Donald Trump’s historic Presidential Election win is providing glorious schadenfreude. Laughter aside, Americans are gaining an incredible insight into the minds of the mentally enslaved: individuals who have lost any sense of objectivity.

If Democrats were objective they would look at why they lost, examine their policies and honestly ask themselves how their platform caused such a thorough rebuke from voters. Yet when some ask that question, they’re shouted down by the narcissist minority who would rather point fingers at the stupid, bigoted and misogynistic American people than engage in any meaningful self -reflection.

After all, rational people don’t record themselves yelling at the top of their lungs, crying uncontrollably, or shaving their heads because an election result didn’t go their way. Only delusional narcissists do these things.

Remember all those videos of conservatives and Christians crying, screaming and threatening sexual abstinence, while declaring how much they hated their fellow countrymen for daring to vote for Joe Biden in 2020? Oh that’s right, there weren’t any .

But in the warped reality of the Democrats, God-fearing Christians and conservatives are the crazy ones.

One could seriously argue that idolizing abortion, woke/identity politics, the legacy media, and even their own politicians, has driven this party mad. Call it brainwashing, folks.

For the last eight years, all they’ve heard from the UniParty was, “Orange man, bad.” “Trump is a threat to democracy!” Trump is a fascist, misogynist, racist, and (by the way) Hitler.” These unstable constituents not only heard the mockingbird media’s slogans, they absorbed them .

You have only to listen to their hive-mind vilification of President Trump. For instance, have you noticed how every lefty minion vilifies Trump in almost exactly the same way? “Donald Trump is a convicted felon, a rapist, a serial adulterer, and the anti-christ, etc.” It’s reminiscent of the original The Manchurian Candidate (1962) where fellow soldiers say exactly the same thing about the tragic “Raymond Shaw.”

Despite their pride of diversity, equity, and inclusion, there is a lockstep sameness to their thoughts. Again, this indicates a hive mentality.

Leftists obediently hate and fear who and what they’re told to hate and fear by party elites. This, despite any evidence to the contrary. In Trump’s first term, for example, he made no fascist moves , such as eliminating the Constitution, or internment camps, yet leftists hysterically believe he will take away their rights or worse, use the US military to imprison American citizens.

However, Democrats leaders did slouch into fascism via their draconian handling of Covid in America with mask mandates, the shutting down of so-called “non-essential ” businesses and urging people to snitch on their neighbors for non-compliance. Still , these authoritarians paled in comparison to leftist rulers in Australia and New Zealand who actually placed citizens in bona-fide internment camps during the worldwide pandemic.

Democrats witnessed real-world evidence, both here and abroad, of those who actually carried out what they accuse Trump of planning, yet he and MAGA are the greater danger?

The cognitive dissonance is stunning. We shake our heads and wonder what the heck these people are thinking? I offer they are not thinking, only raging.

Let’s be blunt, much of the Democrat base are on another page when it comes to reality. These people lack the emotional maturity to even see the world clearly beyond their lint-filled navels.

Think of how malleable this makes people, especially when self-control is of no virtue in the Democrat Party. The only “virtues” promoted by the donkeys are fear, anger, resentment and entitlement.

It’s not for nothing disaffected minorities, radical feminists and LGBTQ makeup the Dem base.What do these groups all have in common? These are all demographics susceptible to victimhood , intolerant of criticism, and therefore, susceptible to emotional manipulation .

Which brings us to the greatest reason for Democrats’ unhinged reaction to this election result. This reason also answers why this party relishes destroying their enemies, speaking lies as their natural language and believing a woman’s most sacred right is having the choice to abort her baby as a form of birth control.

What is this explanation? What is their justification? They are Godless.

They don’t have God with a capital G in their lives because He gets in the way of them worshipping themselves. If they had God, they would have peace (Isaiah 26:3).

Leftists reject Jesus as Lord and Savior, therefore they have no love in their hearts, therefore they are fearful. 1 John 4:18 (ESV) explains this correlation:

There is no fear in love, but perfect love casts out fear. For fear has to do with punishment, and whoever fears has not been perfected in love.

Why do you think Democrats are prone to authoritarianism? The need to control is a result of fear.

These people are freaking out in the aftermath of Trump’s triumph because they couldn’t control the outcome. Democrats are fearful because they believe Christians and conservatives will now do to them everything they’ve wanted to do to the right.

If they could think objectively, they would understand all Christians and conservatives want is the restoration of the rule of law, American prosperity, American military might, love of country and parental authority. Truth be told, most on the right practice live and let live, unlike leftists, who try to force their agenda upon the masses.

Unfortunately, Democrat elites have convinced their base otherwise. Imagine yourself trapped in their emotional prison. These are the mentally enslaved and they deserve more than our laughter; they deserve our prayers.

Is it a sin for Christians to vote for the Democrat Party?

Here’s a controversial question that needs to be asked: Is it a sin for Christians to vote for the Democrat Party in its current form? I have an answer, but let me present my reasoning before declaring an opinion.

First , I don’t ask this question to be provocative or to point fingers in judgement.My brothers and sisters in Christ, this a query is made in love, not in condemnation. Believe it or not, this observation is also apolitical.

Of course, the Bible does not address voting specifically. It does so in a roundabout way (Deut. 1:13). However, scripture tells us, in unequivocal terms, what is sin. With that disclaimer, here we go.

Based on the biblical definitions of sin; which, by the way, are capital offenses to the Lord worthy of eternal punishment, there is no way to view the Democrat Party other than wicked.

Please don’t confuse my use of the word wicked with the musical or the soon to be released movie. No, the wicked we’re discussing here means morally very bad or evil.

For example, name the Democrats’ signature policy they defend with religious and fanatical zeal. If you guessed abortion, congratulations for paying attention.

What is it about abortion that has caused party leaders like Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer to threaten Supreme Court Justices that they “unleashed a whirlwind” for striking down Roe v Wade? Why do defenders of abortion vilify anyone who opposes the practice as an extremist?

From their rhetoric, it seems they’ve convinced themselves abortion is a sacred and fundamental right, more important than even free speech. And apparently , the party marches in lockstep when it comes to this signature policy.

Just ask yourself, when is the last time you heard a prominent Democrat break ranks and consistently denounce abortion? Yeah, that’s right; never.

They seem to have no guilt, no qualms about the sanctity of abortion. I believe it’s as the Bible puts it, their “consciences have been seared with a hot iron ( 1 Tim. 4:2)”

In other words, the party is wicked.

Why else would Democrats care little about the genital mutilation of children involved in this so-called medical procedure of gender reassignment surgery? They’re more concerned with cultivating a voting bloc rather than caring about the long-term spiritual , emotional and physical well being of children.

Democrats, please heed this warning. Scripture tells us God especially hates those who hurt children.

“If anyone causes one of these little ones—those who believe in me—to stumble, it would be better for them to have a large millstone hung around their neck and to be drowned in the depths of the sea.–Matt. 18-6 (NIV)

A millstone in the time of Christ weighed about 3000 pounds . So just imagine having one tied to someone’s neck and throwing it into the sea. We’re talking a rapid descent to the ocean floor, with death in a horrific manner,and Jesus said this would be better for them than facing God’s wrath?

Truly scary stuff with a frightening visual. Anyone reading this passage gets the message right away that children are precious to God and that anyone taking advantage of their trust and naïveté will face a terrible punishment from our LORD.

So based on Jesus’ vivid warning, shouldn’t Christians be wary of complicity with evil, by voting for a party that has no inherent desire to protect children, but instead, exploit them?

What is the Democrat Party for? It would seem its party leaders are dedicated only to their own power and affluence, no matter the cost to the country or tragically, to their souls

Based on their policies, Democrats are not only anti-children, they are also anti-God, anti-Christianity, anti-Constitution, anti- family, anti-masculinity, anti-femininity, anti-America, anti-flag, anti-liberty, anti-gun, anti-law, anti-law enforcement, anti-prosperity, anti-truth, anti-beauty, and anti-logic. One could strongly argue this is a party of psychopathic narcissists, who believe themselves above the laws–both temporal and eternal– we, the people, are subject to.

Should a Christian vote for a political party that not only has these values, but proudly parades them? Is it a sin to vote for the Democrat Party in its current form? I say, in boldness and certainty, yes.

Is it time for imprecatory prayers?

(Note this is an updated post, first published August 19,2024)

The more one learns about the level of wickedness entrenched in the levers of government, education, science, media and entertainment in Western Civilization, a sense of futility can set in. This begs a question for the God-fearing Christian: Is it time for imprecatory prayers?

An imprecation is invoking a curse of misfortune upon someone. But doesn’t that go against New Testament teaching about loving your enemies and turning the other cheek?

Yes, it does, but only if you invoke such prayers for personal reasons such as wishing evil upon people or vengeance. When we invoke these curses, we are to do so not against our personal enemies, but God’s enemies.

But aren’t our adversaries, God’s adversaries? Not necessarily.

In our pride, we could consider anyone who wrongs us , an enemy. When this happens, we are certainly not reacting in love. However, hating the evil works of those who mock God, now we’re getting somewhere.

God loves us, therefore the Christian loves God. God hates evil, therefore, the Christian hates evil. Anyone , or any entity that declares wickedness over God’s word and precepts, is an enemy of God, therefore, that person or entity is our enemy.

Get it?

Biblically, imprecatory psalms are the psalmists’ call to bring down destruction, calamity and God’s anger and judgement upon His enemies. Again, I say God’s enemies, not any individuals who have personally done injustice to us.

God’s enemies refers to any entity– be it a religious system , political ideology, scientific theory or whatever–that mocks , rejects or blasphemes the triune God: The Father, The Son and The Holy Spirit. Invoking imprecatory prayers comes only after the enemies’ rejection of every call for repentance through our prayers and exhortation.

Invoking such prayers should only come as a last resort, not a first strike. Imprecatory prayers should only come after praying in God’s will and careful study of the Bible.

The major imprecatory Psalms are Psalms 5, 10, 17, 35, 58, 59, 69, 70, 79, 83, 109, 129, 137, and 140. At first reading, some of the curses could be perceived as harsh according to modern Christian sensibilities.

For instance , in Psalm 69:28 David prays his enemies “be blotted from book of the living,” seems contradictory to Jesus commanding we love our enemies and pray for them that persecute you, (Matthew 5:44).” Jesus is talking about our personal relationships with individuals who have wronged us. On the other hand, if a person preaches an ideology sparking division or other harm to the church body, that person is an enemy of God.

In Psalm 137, the psalmist calls for God to dash the babies of the Edomites against the rocks. A shocking image, if read only on its own.

However, within the context of Psalm 137, the psalmist is asking for God’s justice to repay the evil committed against the Israelites, His covenant people. In other words, it was highly likely that among the atrocities the Edomites committed against Israel, was dashing Hebrew babies against the rocks.

The temptation for modern Christians is to cherry pick the Psalms they like while dismissing uncomfortable ones, like the imprecatory Psalms, as irrelevant. This , at best, is a questionable practice .

Imprecations are not merely Old Testament practice, but also prevalent in the New Testament. Consider that Jesus quoted Psalm 69 in two instances (John 2:17; 15:25).

The Apostle, Paul, also issued an imprecation when he urged believers to overcome evil with good (Romans 12:20-21):

” To the contrary, ‘if your enemy is hungry, feed him; if he is thirsty, give him something to drink; for by so doing you will heap burning coals on his head.’ Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.”—Romans 12:20-21 (ESV)

Paul’s imprecation of “hot coals” on your enemy’s head was a quote from Proverbs 25:22 . The metaphor , of course, signifies judgement.

Even the prayer of “Come, Lord Jesus” is an imprecation. With the call for Jesus’ return is the implication of final judgement of God’s enemies.

This comes from a longing for God’s justice to punish evil. We are repulsed by the spirit of lawlessness due to the regeneration of our hearts by Christ.

Why the inherent disgust? It’s because this lawless spirit originates from none other than the evil one, the devil.

With this in mind, may we understand that the conflict is spiritual. In other words, we are engaged in spiritual warfare.

Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the schemes of the devil. 12 For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places. 13 Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand firm. 14 Stand therefore, having fastened on the belt of truth, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness, 15 and, as shoes for your feet, having put on the readiness given by the gospel of peace.– Ephesians 6:12-15 (ESV)

Read the imprecatory Psalms listed . Study them ; meditate and pray whatever Psalm speaks to your heart, back to God. Praying God’s word back to Him are the most powerful and effective prayers.

Yes, we are to love our enemies. But love doesn’t come at the expense of God’s justice toward the spiritual forces of darkness and their minions here in the world.

So, is it time for imprecatory prayers against the unrepentant, unregenerate enemies of God? I say yes. America is in dire straits, spiritually and politically, therefore, imprecatory prayers are desperately needed for this nation.

I suggest reading and praying each of the listed imprecatory Psalms, daily. Take a psalm each day and when you have completed the list, start the process again. If you like , replace the pronoun, “I” with “we” or “our” in your prayers of the psalms.

I plan on repeating this cycle until the election and beyond. I hope you will do so as well. For our enemy is not only the Democrat Party or RINO’s, but a satanic ideology that has entrenched itself in every institution in this nation.

This is spiritual, people; therefore, only God can restore this nation. We must seek His help through diligent prayer.

What have we got to lose? Well…everything, actually.

We will pray

For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. Ephesians 6:12 (NIV)

I reflected upon the tenacity of Winston Churchill in a previous post and why such leadership is needed now in America.

Churchill gave many powerful speeches to galvanize the British during World War II, but one of his most famous is his “We will fight on the beaches,” or “Never Surrender,” speech, delivered on June 4, 1940″ This speech set the tone of British resistance to Nazi Germany throughout the rest of the war.

Since the need for prayer has been weighing on my heart , I thought it would be interesting to continue this call for personal and national prayer in the tone of Churchill’s legendary address . Christians must stand in Christ and resist the darkness engulfing America.

First, my post…

I have faith and confidence that if all God-fearing Christians do their duty, if prayer isn’t neglected, we shall prove our worthiness to defend this nation, we shall resolve to defend our home, America, to stand in Christ and resist this onslaught of spiritual war, and to hold against the peril of marxism, indefinitely .

I have, myself, full confidence that if all do their duty as Bible-believing Christians, if God’s will is sought, and trust in Him is strengthened through faith, we shall prove ourselves to spiritually defend our land of the free and the home of the brave, to ride out the onslaught of spiritual war , and to conquer the menace of tyranny, in Jesus’ name. At this time, this is all we can do. That is the resolve of our King of Kings and Lord of lords’ disciples. This is God’s will, His people seeking Him in prayer in their cause and need, and in their need will defend to the death the gospel and this land given as to us by a loving and Holy God. The Kingdom of heaven linked with repentant man for His glory, and His alone. Even though large institutions of America and Western Civilization have fallen or may fall into the grip of the enemy and the repugnant mechanism of satanic rule, we shall not grow weary and faint.

We shall press in as necessary, we will pray in America ,

we will pray while on rivers and lakes,

we will pray with authority in the air,

we shall defend the nation according to our God-given talents,

we will pray in our cars,

we will pray in our homes,

we will pray in our churches and synagogues,

we will pray in the mountains and deserts;

we will never quit and even if this country were, or a large part of it surrendered to the devil, then our brothers and sisters beyond the oceans , armed with the Holy Spirit and guarded by angels, would continue the struggle, until, in God’s perfect timing, the Gospel of Jesus , in all its glory brings us into eternity , resurrected as new creations in Christ.

I cannot over-emphasize the dire need for prayer in these perilous times in America and Western Civilization. It is dereliction of duty not to do so

Now, here’s the part of Churchill’s famous speech I honored…

Pray for President Trump and America after second assassination attempt

I’ll say it again, pray for President Trump and America after this second assassination attempt at Trump International Golf Club in West Palm Beach, Florida. Praise God that President Trump is ok and the suspected shooter is in custody.

Law enforcement has identified Ryan Wesley Routh, 58 as the would-be assassin. He was approximately 300 to 500 yards away from President Trump , hiding in shrubbery with an scoped AK-47 style rifle, according to law enforcement officials.

Secret Service agents were one to two holes ahead of President Trump when they spotted the muzzle of the rifle protruding through a chainlink fence. Routh fled the scene after Secret Service opened fire. Cops found the rifle, two backpacks full of ceramic plating and a go-pro camera.

Palm Beach Sheriff Ric Bradshaw said a witness helped to ID Routh and his vehicle, “Fortunately, we were able to locate a witness that came to us and said, “Hey, I saw the guy running out of the bushes, he jumped into a black Nissan, and I took a picture of the vehicle and the tags, which was great.” Said the Secret Service agent who spotted this and opened fire did a “fantastic job.”

Martin County Sheriff’s office spotted Routh’s vehicle, detained him and then took him into custody. According to the Associated Press (AP) , Routh’s demeanor was calm and flat, with little emotion.

According to internet reports, Routh, a construction worker, said in a series of X posts that he fought in Ukraine in 2022. He also posted efforts to recruit soldiers to fight for Ukraine.

Obviously this story is developing.

What’s the reaction of the media and Democrats you ask?

MSNBC blames Trump’s “violent rhetoric” for stoking the attempt on his life. Rather than condemning the violence, House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries wrote on X a diatribe about the defunct Project 2025 and the prospect of a national abortion ban .

He wrote:

And they accuse Republicans of extremist language.

Meanwhile, steel yourselves, it’s going to get crazier until November. The forces that want to stop Trump are desperate and any number of things could happen.

Let’s take a moment what’s to review the state of things: Two assassination attempts against President Trump , The threat of World War 3 with the Israeli -Hamas War and Russia -Ukraine War, (Monkeypox, Bird Flu and resurgent Covid ) pandemic fears, military- aged men from multiple countries entering through the southern border, dangerous rhetoric from Democrats and RINOs calling Trump a threat to democracy, cyber attacks, and the threat of economic collapse. All of this while we have a senile president , an incompetent vice president and the people wondering, who is running the country?

In a previous post, I called for all hands in prayer. I hope you are doing so and if not, I encourage you to start when you finish this post.

Please pray for God’s continued protection over President Trump and his family. Please pray for America that we would return to a fear of God and repent of the idols we have worshipped instead.

Ask Jesus for discernment to determine good from evil. Hate evil and pray for our enemies that they would know Jesus as Lord and Savior. Offer to the Lord all kinds of prayers including imprecatory ones if God places it on your heart.

I say also praise God for His revealing the evil ensconced in the levers of power and influence in America and the West. The beginning of their end is people becoming aware of what are facing. This is spiritual warfare which can only be fought ,through our prayers, by God.

Let us remember that God is control, and as Christians, He works all things for our greater good. What is meant for evil , He will use for good. May we rest in this confidence of His power, especially in these next few months and beyond.

Abortion, the Democrats’ most sacred right

Democrats have no problem censoring free speech, a violation of the First Amendment. The 2nd Amendment? They would love to see it abolished. But when it comes to abortion, the Democrats’ most sacred right, it’s hands off.

More Americans are questioning the Democrats’ absolute lack of loyalty to the Bill of Rights. And a growing number of people are trying to figure the reasons for their obsessive devotion to the right of a woman to terminate the life of her baby, whether inside or outside the womb.

From their passionate defense of abortion , you would think it is the epitome of liberty. Democrats have so thoroughly brainwashed their base, voters believe abortion is ,in fact , freedom.

According to Democrats, the freedom for a woman to end the life growing inside her womb, is a right worthy of sanctification. Anyone questioning this or calling for any limitations is an extremist; in their eyes, worthy of cancellation.

Why do you think they lost their minds over the Supreme Court striking down Roe V. Wade and returning abortion to the states? Because voters can now have a say , rather than the federal government dictating from above.

Freedom is not life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness to pro -abortion Democrats. Instead freedom is life and liberty through unfettered abortion.

I write this piece not to judge or condemn women who made the decision to abort their babies. God does not condemn these women who made this life-changing choice. His unconditional love covers a multitude of sins, for anyone.

All of us have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God. Thankfully God sent His Son, Jesus who ransomed us from sin with His sacrifice on the cross and His resurrection three days later.

Jesus did this to offer us life, not death. He gives eternal life to the millions of innocent babies slaughtered in abortion mills and the Son of God offers forgiveness, grace, mercy and healing to women who made this fateful decision .

Our Lord and Savior even offers his grace and mercy to the clinic doctors and nurses, who repent and turn to Him. All it takes is sincerely asking in prayer.

How tragic that abortion is the Dems’ signature issue. Abortion’s glory is darkness . It’s beauty, barbarism and it’s life, death.

And guess what? It’s the Dems most sacred right.

All hands in prayer

You’ve undoubtedly heard the phrase, all hands on deck? Well, America is at an all hands in prayer moment in history.

The 2024 Presidential election is not only the most important in our lifetime; I believe it will be an existential event for this nation and what it truly stands for.

If you are not praying weekly, daily, or hourly for America, now is the time to start. Pray individually, gather for prayer meetings, pray at the dinner table, pray on the way to work, pray during your lunch hour, pray on the trip home, pray at bedtime, pray upon waking, pray when God is heeding you to do so.

And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord’s people–Ephesians 6:18

Pray early and often: when you are joyful, when you lack hope. when you feel hatred toward your enemies, when you are worried, when you are hopeful, or when all seems lost. Pray always, and on all occasions for this country.

God hears the prayers of His people . You have to only to read 2 Chronicles 7:14:

… if my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land.

Confess and repent of your sins before God as you seek His face. Don’t worry about eloquence, and refrain from rote prayers.

You can even choose to offer up imprecatory prayers. Whatever you decide to pray, do so from your heart.

Ask your requests in the name of Jesus, who intercedes for us against satan’s accusations, always. Pray also in the Holy Spirit who communicates to God when you can’t find the words.

Finally, pray according to God’s will and purposes. When you pray in this manner, you are acknowledging and trusting in His complete sovereignty over all creation .

I encourage you, if God places it on your heart, to fast along with your prayer. Fasting is not merely some religious tool, but an important enhancement to prayer.

Fasting demonstrates our desperate desire for God’s intervention. By denying our physical needs, we can place our total focus on God when we pray.

When should you fast? That is entirely up to you.

Try skipping breakfast or lunch or even both for a certain period. You could even choose fasting for a whole day or two.

If or when you feel hunger , press in with prayer. Seeking God in this context lifts prayer to whole new level.

Whatever length of time you choose for your fast, make sure to consume plenty of water. If you have a medical condition make sure you check with your doctor before fasting.

I highly encourage you to fast when you are praying for this nation and/or the state or city in which you live. We are not only praying against corrupt officials and lawlessness , but also against the spiritual forces of darkness behind it all.

We desperately need a breakthrough in America. This country must reverse course from our current path of wickedness, and return to God.

We have less than two months before the 2024 Presidential Election and the clock is ticking. Godly morality is needed in America, as well as a return to law and order.

Why I am praising God for America’s current state

Let the peoples praise You, O God; Let all the peoples raise You. Oh, let the nations be glad and sing for joy! For You shall judge the people righeously, and cover the nations on earth.—Psalm 67:3-4 (NKJV)

Despite the evil we see revealed , despite the widespread institutional corruption, despite the ugliness in our arts and entertainment, God’s righteous hand is still on this nation. This is why I am praising God for America’s current state.

God deserves our praise because the light of His truth is revealing everything to us about the darkness engulfing this country. Put simply, people are waking up out their apathetic stupor and realizing something is spiritually wrong with America right now.

God is opening our eyes to the gender madness we are told to accept as normal. He has made clear the double standard of a two-tiered justice system that punishes threats to the power structure– truth-telling patriots– but not criminals.

With this awareness, comes the realization the power structure protects itself via lies and obfuscation echoed by political pundits, elected officials, academia, major corporations, medicine and science. Anyone challenging their narrative is disparaged as a conspiracy theorist, or at worst, a threat to democracy.

However, a peculiar reaction is occurring in a growing number of people. The term “conspiracy theorist” no longer has the power of derision it once had .

When the establishment fires off the slur at a specific individual or group , there is now the growing suspicion said target may be a truth-teller. This , of course , is now causing patriots to re-think what was automatically dismissed in the past as tin-foil-hat thinking.

For many, the assumption now is most of what corporate media says is a lie until proven otherwise. Trust in the so-called “experts”has eroded in these awakened Americans. More people, on both sides of the political spectrum, are becoming skeptics.

What slapped the people awake? I believe it was the Covid pandemic.

The monumental governmental overreach was surreal and, at the same time, instructive. We saw, first hand, the tactics used to trump the Constitution in the name of safety.

On the front end of the pandemic was fear of death justifying the lockdowns. On the back end was fear of death and loss of employment justifying the mRNA shots. In the middle was censorship of any information challenging the “science”.

Through the door of this pandemic came measures more akin to communist regimes than the United States of America. Still, God was/is in control; therefore what was meant for evil, He used for good.

Why do I say this?

Yeah, circumstances beat us up psychologically, and mentally during that strange period. Speaking for myself, spiritually, God poured out discernment and a reliance on Him, no matter the outcome.

Many people , like myself , never feared the virus. They were , however, angered over the willingness of co-workers and family and acquaintances succumbing to fear and ceding their constitutional rights.

Some four years later, we continue to read reports the masks and social distancing were literally made up . Could these be part of the reasons less people are getting the Covid booster shots?

Discerning people began asking why the threats of job loss for refusing the vaccine? Many wondered why did government health officials and media demonized alternative treatments such as hydroxychloroquine and ivermectin? We asked why governments shut down schools when children were the least affected by the virus? Sadly, we asked why some young athletes were dying suddenly?

We asked the questions and the answers were like a dousing of ice cold water. More and more people began to wonder if the draconian actions taken by government were for our safety or for something else?

That something else is driving many to pray for this country. Americans are seeking, through prayer, God’s face to once again shine on this country. We see that fifty years of turning our backs to God have gained us nothing but fear, darkness and decline; the current state of America.

Thank God for these questions and answers. This is the impetus for prayers of total surrender and crying out for God’s mercy and grace. This is why I am praising God for America’s current state.
