How ironic the releases come hours after outgoing President Joe Biden issued preemptive pardons for members of the J6 committee, Dr . Anthony Fauci, Former Gen. Mark Milley, and for members of his own family.
That Biden pardoned J6 committee members without any formal charges brought, indicates the dubiousness of their investigation. Even though it had access to it, the committee never saw footage like this of police shooting concussion grenades and pepper spray into a peacefully protesting crowd.

I’m no legal expert here , but isn’t Biden implying these people committed crimes? Why would you need a pardon if you are innocent?
We’ll see how President Trump handles this and whether the Supreme Court weighs in. President Gerald Ford did pardon President Richard Nixon during the Watergate affair in 1974. However Congress was holding impeachment hearings against Nixon , who later resigned from office.

And of course, Pacific Palisades hydrants went dry under the watch of Janisse Quinones, the first Latina to lead the LA Department of Water and Power (LADWP).

Pray for California and pray God will use these fires to burn the scales from people’s eyes regarding the state’s dangerously inept Democrat leadership.

To say 2024 has been a whirlwind year is an understatement. With all that has occurred, from the Presidential campaign, to the two assassination attempts against President Trump, to the elation of an election night win, the holiday spirit has, strangely, been the last thing on my mind.
But thank God, Jesus is the source of our joy, and that our Heavenly Father hears and answers our prayers. Praise the Lord a majority of Americans re-elected President Trump in a landslide for a total and complete victory.
While God answered prayer, keeping Trump safe and this country from collapsing –despite the best efforts of the Biden Administration-I can’t help thinking the real work is beginning.
America is on the ropes and without a shared Christian moral foundation, too many people are easily seduced by lies and fables. Why else do you think woke, DEI and even the plandemic were able to gain prominence?
Christians must dedicate unceasing prayer for America, Congress, the Supreme Court, the Trump Administration, governors , mayors , legislatures and city councils. On another level, Christians must also launch imprecatory prayers against wicked policies on both sides of the aisle and the puppet masters pulling the strings behind the scenes.
Washington was not only built on a swamp, its environment and politics is a swamp of corruption and waste.
As Trump now sees Washington and politicians in a different light than during his first term, we must also view things from a new paradigm.
First, we no longer have the luxury of complacency. The days of farming out our liberty to politicians , whether “D” or “R” , are over.
Here’s a word to memorize: scrutiny. It means a close watch or examination. This is a word we must always associate with politicians from now and forever.

H-1B flare-up creating civil war within MAGA? Things are certainly heating up thanks to the media fanning the flames, but MAGA will be fine. Not so sure about Elon and Vivek , though. They’ve lost standing in the eyes of many in the MAGA base with their defense of the H-1B visa program.
The MAGA backlash was swift and probably eye-opening to both of them. However both are reacting differently . Elon Musk is walking back his original declaration while Vivek Ramaswamy is doubling down on his ill-timed observation.

Musk is now calling for major reform to the broken H-1B visa program and proposing to make it more expensive to hire overseas than domestically. Ok , that seems reasonable, much more so than his original angry Tweet:
Threatening to go to war against critics of this abused government immigration program? Part of this “war” must be clamping down on free speech, since X recently censored commentator Laura Loomer’s account for half a day, basically demonetizing her . (more on this later)

Does Vivek make some good points? Yes. Leftists have dumbed down education and created a culture that venerates mediocrity. But bringing in foreign workers isn’t the only answer as the Uniparty would have you believe.
Why not begin a national campaign for academic excellence in Science Technology Engineering and Mathematics (STEM)? Or how about incentives to hire and recruit more Americans to these tech and financial corporations? Our salvation should be marshaling the talents and potential of our own citizenry to meet the challenge, not only importing foreign workers.

Defenders of H-1B say the program allows the to recruit the best and the brightest. The problem is the vast majority of H-1B visas are a method to recruit thousands of low -wage IT and financial services workers.
The system allows companies to recruit way over yearly statutory caps and, surprisingly, the vast majority of these employers recruiting these workers are Indian companies headquartered in America. That’s what Robert Sterling found when he crunched the numbers (here).

This all blew up on Christmas Day after Laura Loomer criticized Trump’s selection of Sriram Krishnan as senior policy adviser for Artificial Intelligence at the White House. Krishnan is on record for removing the caps on green card per country of origin. He did not necessarily comment on expanding the H-1B visas.
“Our country was built by white Europeans, actually. Not third-world invaders from India. It’s not racist against Indians to want the original MAGA policies I voted for. I voted for a reduction in H-1B visas. Not an extension.”
Musk and Ramaswamy, soon to lead the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), and David Sacks , incoming AI and Crypto Czar, support Krishnan. Hence, the media egging on their portrayal of Loomer as a racist , justifying her censorship on X by Musk.
Any censorship of conservative voices is not a good move. MAGA has an extreme abhorrence to the leftist trope of freezing, targeting and isolating critics as racist, especially when it comes from mouths of so-called Republicans.
Whether people disagree with Loomer’s statements, or not, she should be able to make such comments under the First Amendment. Musk suspending her account was un-MAGA to say the least.
Steve Bannon, mincing no words in his criticism, has called Musk a “toddler” for his initial handling of the situation. Going to war against a guy who hosts a show called “War Room” is not a good thing for Musk or Ramaswamy.

Why? The Biden DOJ jailed this guy for contempt of Congress. In a way, he was martyred for MAGA and is a living articulation of it. Therefore, patriots listen when Bannon speaks.
Will this controversy hurt MAGA or Trump? Doubtful. If anything, it’s great this issue has come to the forefront now so debate can commence.

The Biden Administration has tossed out the proposed Title IX transgender sports rule. The administration has ditched plans to prohibit states from banning transgendered women (biological men ) from participating in women’s sports. Elon Musk also tweeted that bill would have also allocated three billion for a new NFL Football stadium in Washington DC.
Why should tax payer dollars be allocated for that?

A common knee-jerk question is ,”What is it about these compromised milquetoasts , known as Republican Speakers of the House? John Boehner, Paul Ryan, Kevin McCarthy, and now Johnson: Nancy Pelosi seems to have more testicular fortitude than all of these wussies combined.”
Now, it’s not so much of a conspiracy to wonder if maybe these are the Republican roles in the Uniparty: destroying the morale of patriots?
What’s the Democrat role in the Uniparty? They make sweeping cultural and political changes , unopposed, creating the illusion of invincibility to the American people. In other words, any attempts to stop them are futile.
Recognize this scenario? Republicans win a huge election , capturing the Presidency and both Houses of Congress. What do they do for the people who spoke through their ballots? They stab them in the back.
Oh that’s the current scenario, except now someone threw sand in the gears. That someone is Elon Musk, and his bullhorn is X , formerly known as Twitter.
Musk acquiring Twitter will go down in history as a massive victory for free speech. He tweeted dozens of posts after learning of this massive, pork-laden , monstrosity of a bill. Really, over 1500 pages?
Were Musk’s efforts effective? Uhh… yeah?
Those tweets sparked patriots to overwhelm the phones and emails of their representatives to express their outrage. Within hours the House caved, with Johnson pulling the bill.
Controversy continues with a so-called clean spending bill voted down by Dems along with 38 Republicans. And so the annual Christmas-time brinksmanship of funding the government continues. Maybe it’s about time to shut it down and see if the hyperbole of disaster lives up to the reality.
Serious patriots no longer fear a government shutdown, they welcome it.
