Captain America shouldn’t represent America? That’s what Captain America :Brave New World star, Anthony Mackie said in a recent European interview.

As of this writing, Marvel Studios is in major damage control mode.

Mackie released this statement after the backlash:

Here’s why Mackie stepped in it.

“For me Captain America represents a lot of different things and I don’t think the term, you know, America should be one of those representations. Like, uh, it’s about a man who keeps his word, who has honor , dignity and integrity…”

Mr. Mackie, the character’s name is Captain America and besides that, he wears a costume based on the American flag. How can you expect him not to represent the country?

The character debuted in World War 2 punching out a certain Nazi dictator on the cover of his first comic issue and has stood and fought for American ideals ever since.

Either Mackie felt he had to say this in front of a European audience to promote the film, or this is what he really thinks. Whatever the case, this guy who plays the title role of, who I like to call, “Captain African-American”, has given the viewing public yet another reason not to waste their money on this movie.

Captain America : Brave New World has gone through multiple re-shoots due to disastrous test screenings and is experiencing underwhelming advance ticket sales. In other words, insiders expect another Disney movie flop.

The problem with the movie is it features Captain America, but without Steve Rogers, the one and only Star Spangled Avenger. Mackie was originally The Falcon in the Marvel Universe, a historical character as Marvel Comics’ second black superhero.

Frankly, Marvel messed up passing Captain America’s shield to Sam Wilson/aka The Falcon. He was a perfectly fine and likable character in his own right. Why make him a hand-me-down hero?

Yes Sam Wilson became Cap in the comics, back in the 2010’s but sales tanked on the book .

Woke politics caused Marvel to virtue signal, race-swapping the character. Fans hated the change, voicing Cap should have passed the mantle to Bucky,/The Winter Soldier his friend from World War 2 who, like Rogers was enhanced by the super soldier serum.

Bucky was a more successful Captain America in the comics because of the dynamic of him once being the brainwashed assassin, the Winter Soldier.

The problem most fans have with the new Captain America is he doesn’t have super strength. He just a regular guy with mechanical wings.

Anthony Mackie is a likable actor, but, sorry, he’s best as a supporting actor, not a leading man. Marvel knows this which is why Red Hulk is in the movie to boost ticket sales. At least that what Marvel execs are hoping.

But now those hopes are waning with Mackie’s ill-advised comments.

Captain America : Brave New World is scheduled for release during Black History Month (coincidence?) on February 14.

In case you’re wondering who is Susie Wiles? She is President Trump’s Chief of Staff who advises him on policy issues one of the most important duties of the chief is maintaining the flow of information.

In one his first Executive Orders, President Trump pardoned and/or commuted the sentences of 1500 J6 protestors, most of whom committed the “crime” of protesting the results of a questionable 2020 Presidential Election.

Michael Shane Daughtry tells his story as a J6 survivor and it is a shocking story of corruption and tyranny. You must read this account in its unsettling entirety.

Hopefully, Chief of Staff Wiles directs President Trump to this story, if she has not already done so. Trump needs to exact justice in the form of investigations, arrests, convictions, lawsuits and mass firings of corrupt government and law-enforcement officials.

Dems and RINO’s say J6 was one of the darkest days in our country’s history. They were right, but not for the “threat to democracy” narrative they tried to push.

What J6 illustrates is government’s ability to trample over all of your Constitutional rights when its full weight is unleashed on innocent citizens.

What happened to the J6ers can easily happen to any of us in America, the land of the free and the home of the brave. That’s a scary reality.

Trump must expose every sordid detail of how government entrapped and abused these patriotic citizens. This must never happen again.

In her best liberalese, Bass touted how city and county officials are partnering up to streamline the bureaucracy for desperate homeowners. “We’re doing everything we can , slashing regulations…so you can get rebuilding asap. ”

Bass cited hazardous materials concern as a delay for clearing the lots. That’s code for hazardous waste/environmental cleanup, which means companies bidding, leading to longer delays. Trump, because he’s a builder, immediately called B.S. Watch:

So what is the timeline Mayor Bass? Is it 18 months , six months or what? Trump told Bass and the press, several people told him rebuilding could not start for 18 months, which she vehemently denied.

Watch the video again . Did you notice how Mayor Bass left herself wiggle room with her answers not committing to definite timeline?

She then gives the answer that justifies liberal mission creep and every extra added expense: “We’re going to move as fast as we can, but we want you to be safe.”

Funny how this worry for “safety” comes after revelations of poor forest mitigation, lack of controlled burns and making sure reservoirs and fire hydrants were filled. Now safety is a concern when people are itching to clean up and begin the rebuilding process?

That call for safety is how liberalism infantilizes people and takes away their inborn desire for self-reliance and self-sufficiency. Trump calling for the common sense solution of government getting out of the way is a sharp contrast to the Democrat mantra of government will take care of you.

What do you get with a twice elected president, enduring a “sermon” by a woke bishop ? You get a woke National Prayer Service.

For decades, the tradition in Washington DC has the newly inaugurated president attending the National Prayer Service.

Forget about prayers in the name of Jesus for the country and the President. This year, President Trump instead got a lecture on mercy for LGBTQ and illegal immigrants.

Bishop Mariann Edgar Budde, the Bishop of the Episcopal Diocese of Washington DC and the first woman to hold the position, took the last two minutes of her “sermon” pleading for Trump to have “mercy” on the LGBTQ community and illegal immigrants frightened by his re-election. Watch:

I have to give President Trump credit for not walking out of the service . That’s the first thing I would have done.

No, Bishop Budde, if the rainbow crowd is scared, it’s because leftists like you are fanning the flames.

No doubt the First and Second family were blindsided by this shameful sermon. Nothing like expecting Biblical truth and getting Democrat talking points in its place. The question is how did Trump’s team not anticipate the likely message from this leftist?

The Episcopalian Church may profess believing in and following the teachings of Jesus Christ, but they have shoehorned the Savior of the World into the gospel of leftist politics and culture.

The President’s team definitely should have screened this clergyperson, especially since the Episcopalian Church is highly political.

This denomination has fractured in recent years because of pedal- to-the- metal support of ordaining homosexual clergy, officiating same-sex marriage and supporting abortion rights. Diversity and inclusion are its tenets, not repentance of sin and surrender to Christ as Lord and Savior . Budde’s diatribe brings to mind 2 Peter 2:1 (NKJV):

But there were also false prophets among the people, even as there will be false teachers among you, who will secretly bring in destructive heresies, even denying the Lord who bought them, and bring on themselves swift destruction.

Perhaps clergy like her are why the Bible prohibits females as pastors, as the Apostle Paul said in 1 Tim. 2:12:

And I do not permit a woman to teach or to have authority over a man, but to be in silence.

A reporter tried to play gotcha after the service only to have President Trump turn the tables. Watch:

Where was scripture in this sermon? Sure, Budde mentioned God, but only as a cudgel in her attempt to shame President Trump.

Budde’s lecture is , of course viral. Yes, she has plenty of supporters, but also many detractors.

Trump is demanding an apology, rightly so. Budde told NPR Wednesday she refuses to apologize.

In my research, I discovered the National Cathedral is part of the Episcopal Church. Because of the liberal politics of the denomination which I detailed earlier, President Trump would do well to simply boycott all services at the National Cathedral and designate another more Biblically sound church for national prayer and services.

Trump pardons all J6 political prisoners

Hours after Joe Biden issued questionable preemptive pardons, President Donald Trump follows through on a campaign promise, pardoning J6 political prisoners. Yes, all 1500 of them.

Trump virtually pardoned all the protestors but commuted the sentences of the remaining 14. He has ordered the immediate release of these American hostages.

The President’s executive order ends four years of imprisonment for these patriots, incarcerated for protesting the results of the 2020 Presidential Election.

How ironic the releases come hours after outgoing President Joe Biden issued preemptive pardons for members of the J6 committee, Dr . Anthony Fauci, Former Gen. Mark Milley, and for members of his own family.

That Biden pardoned J6 committee members without any formal charges brought, indicates the dubiousness of their investigation. Even though it had access to it, the committee never saw footage like this of police shooting concussion grenades and pepper spray into a peacefully protesting crowd.

The Uniparty pushed the narrative the protestors committed an insurrection, an attack on Democracy. It appears the Feds violated the Constitutional rights of these men and women.

Trump would not have pardoned them if this wasn’t the case on Liberation Day, January 20, 2025. Their lives were ruined, livelihoods destroyed, reputations tarnished and worst of all, these Americans were separated from loved ones for Biden’s entire term.

We haven’t heard the last of this.

Trump’s inaugural speech: “Liberation Day”

“January 20, 2025 is Liberation day” an awesome line from President Trump’s liberating second inaugural speech. Trump’s sincere earnestness and the lack of empty platitudes was a standout.

As President Trump laid out the challenges Americans face, due the abject failure of the Biden Administration, I could not help but think of the level of damage done.

If anyone’s suited for this mission it’s Donald J. Trump. I believe God has appointed him for this very task.

We must cover President Trump with our prayers daily.

Do not become slack. The greatness of this country rests in God-fearing people, not in a single president. Our job is to pray in Jesus’ name for our leaders, families, neighbors and for the United States of America.

God willing, we have four years to get this right so JD Vance can continue for another two terms and his vice president for another eight years after.

Roberts started the swearing in before Melania was in place with Bible and the family gathering together. I didn’t notice this when first viewing the ceremony with friends.

At least from this angle, it appears Trump, the 45th and now 47th President, never got a chance to place his left hand on the Bible.(hat tip the Conservative Treehouse)

As an aside, notice the contrast of Trump and family with the flag in the background, while the leftist cabal’s background is blank. I can hear Biden saying “A … picture speaks a thousand (mumbling illegibly)… you know the rest.”

They were all faithful servants to the Democrat machine. Now comes their reward.

Fauci’s policies destroyed millions of lives, bankrupted thousands of businesses, and unnecessarily killed millions around the world.

Liz Cheney, who is currently under investigation by the US House of Representatives, knowingly lied about January 6 and President Trump’s actions that day.

“Our nation relies on dedicated, selfless public servants every day. They are the lifeblood of our democracy.

Yet alarmingly, public servants have been subjected to ongoing threats and intimidation for faithfully discharging their duties.

In certain cases, some have even been threatened with criminal prosecutions, including General Mark A. Milley, Dr. Anthony S. Fauci, and the members and staff of the Select Committee to Investigate the January 6th Attack on the United States Capitol. These public servants have served our nation with honor and distinction and do not deserve to be the targets of unjustified and politically motivated prosecutions.

General Milley served our nation for more than 40 years, serving in multiple command and leadership posts and deploying to some of the most dangerous parts of the world to protect and defend democracy. As Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, he guided our Armed Forces through complex global security threats and strengthened our existing alliances while forging new ones.

For more than half a century, Dr. Fauci served our country. He saved countless lives by managing the government’s response to pressing health crises, including HIV/AIDS, as well as the Ebola and Zika viruses. During his tenure as my Chief Medical Advisor, he helped the country tackle a once-in-a-century pandemic. The United States is safer and healthier because of him.

On January 6, 2021, American democracy was tested when a mob of insurrectionists attacked the Capitol in an attempt to overturn a fair and free election by force and violence. In light of the significance of that day, Congress established the bipartisan Select Committee to Investigate the January 6th Attack on the United States Capitol to investigate and report upon the facts, circumstances, and causes of the insurrection. The Select Committee fulfilled this mission with integrity and a commitment to discovering the truth. Rather than accept accountability, those who perpetrated the January 6th attack have taken every opportunity to undermine and intimidate those who participated in the Select Committee in an attempt to rewrite history, erase the stain of January 6th for partisan gain, and seek revenge, including by threatening criminal prosecutions.

But these are exceptional circumstances, and I cannot in good conscience do nothing. Fauci, the Members of Congress and staff who served on the Select Committee, and the U.S. Capitol and D.C. Metropolitan police officers who testified before the Select Committee. The issuance of these pardons should not be mistaken as an acknowledgment that any individual engaged in any wrongdoing, nor should acceptance be misconstrued as an admission of guilt for any offense. Our nation owes these public servants a debt of gratitude for their tireless commitment to our country.”

I’m no legal expert here , but isn’t Biden implying these people committed crimes? Why would you need a pardon if you are innocent?

We’ll see how President Trump handles this and whether the Supreme Court weighs in. President Gerald Ford did pardon President Richard Nixon during the Watergate affair in 1974. However Congress was holding impeachment hearings against Nixon , who later resigned from office.

Here’s to hoping Trump administration officials release information showing the 2020 election, stolen, therefore, declaring Biden and his administration as illegitimate. Imagine the exploding heads if that happened.

The eve of a new golden age

Remember as a kid that excitement for Christmas? That’s describes the night before Donald Trump’s inauguration: the eve of a new golden age.

The long nightmare of the Joe Biden Presidency ends tomorrow, January 20th, when President Trump places his hand on the Bible for the second time as the 47th President of the United States. Unlike his predecessor, he will sincerely carry out the text of the oath of office listed below:

I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.

We heard a lot about “democracy” during the last four years, but nothing about the Constitution of the United States. Biden and the Democrats did little to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution, choosing , instead, to make a mockery of our founding document.

Who can forget the Covid lockdowns, the intentional opening of the southern border and the weaponization of the Department of Justice against Trump, just to name a few Biden infamies?

I don’t wish want to recount all the unconstitutional actions of the worst administration in the history of the modern era ( if not the history of the United States). Let’s focus on what we’ve achieved.

You made history on November 5. You rose to the occasion and took back the country at the ballot box. In doing so, you destroyed the legacy media and made the Democrat Party the weakest it has been in a generation.

Freedom prevailed because it’s inherent in our DNA. Patriotic Americans are wired to hate bullies and dictators, which is what the Democrat Party has become.

The horror of Biden’s tenure red-pilled millions of Americas, awaking them from their apathetic stupor. What’s been the result? The realization that it’s not only Democrats destroying America, but also RINOs, both forming a Uniparty.

The lightning rod for all of this exposure has been none other than President Trump.

Trump is that rare figure in history who inspires others through courage, love of country and blunt honesty. Witnessing the full weight of government thrown against this man ,via an FBI a raid on his home, Soviet style show-trials, a mugshot, and two assassination attempts, rekindled the fire natural in the hearts of patriots: a visceral hatred of injustice.

The Biden Administration is loathed because of its embrace of lawlessness. However, I thank God for the tyranny of these past four years.

Trump re-enters office more popular than ever because of his winning both the electoral college and popular vote. Unlike 2016, he has an unequivocal mandate to Make America Great Again.

Like Ronald Reagan and George Washington , Trump is the people’s President. Uninterested in power, he’s a man taking office for love of country and the rule of law.

Citizens like you and me lifted up their prayers for God’s blessing and protection over this man. The Good Lord answered because no weapon forged against Trump prevailed. Every corrupt and evil scheme backfired against the Uniparty, strengthening Trump and weakening them, instead.

May we continue to pray, in the name of Jesus Christ, for God’s peace and protection over President Trump, his family , his administration and this nation. Prayer works and is desperately needed for this country. Because of God’s grace and mercy, we are on the eve of new golden age for America.

Paganism the cause of So Cal wildfires?

Was paganism the cause of the So Cal wildfires? A valid question, but with an obvious answer to anyone spiritually discerned.

As of this writing, the Palisades fire and Eaton Fires stand at 31 and 65 percent containment, respectively. There have been 27 deaths , nearly 40 thousand acres burned and nearly 13 thousand structures burned or damaged. The Hurst, and Kenneth fires are 100 percent contained, while the Auto Fire is 85 percent contained.

Its widely accepted government and bureaucratic failure increased the level of destruction. However, it’s also easy to discern paganism played a vital role in this disaster.

Check out this definition of paganism and tell me how this doesn’t apply to California , if not national Democrat politics. 

Paganism is an ancient belief system that has been around for thousands of years. It is a polytheistic religion that is based on the worship of nature and the cycles of the natural world. Pagans believe in the interconnectedness of all things and strive to live in harmony with the natural world.

Paganism is an umbrella term used to describe a diverse set of spiritual and religious beliefs that are based on the worship of nature and the Earth. It is a broad term that encompasses many different belief systems, including Wicca, Druidry, Asatru, and other forms of polytheism.

What can we glean from this ?

Pagans worship the creation and not the Creator, and so do most liberals. Nature is divine, (not God) and the source of all life according to pagans and many liberals. Finally, pagans and liberals share the belief that human life is one with nature , interconnected with trees, plants, and animals.

Most notably, pagans practice polytheism, a belief in multiple gods rather than one Supreme Being. Each culture’s gods are equally divine and no culture is better than another. This appears to be the Democrat foundation of multiculturalism as well as its denigration of Christianity.

Reading between the lines, the only laws and creeds that matter to pagans are those that protect nature and the planet. Inherent in this protection, idolatry.

Because of paganism, millions of acre feet of water are diverted from cities and agriculture into the ocean; all to save the Delta Smelt. And thanks to paganism, forests are overgrown and hillsides full of dried brush. This, because clearing these areas are not a priority to Democrat officials who demonstrate, by their actions, that nature should grow unchecked.

While it’s obvious worshipping nature, or the planet, is idolatry, so is worshipping race, gender, sexual orientation and even, abortion. You can see where this is going.

California has had a Democrat supermajority for over a decade. Or you can put it another way, California has had a pagan supermajority for over a decade.

Leftist/pagan policies have cheapened the sanctity of life, enabled lawlessness, driven up energy prices, gas prices and of course, taxes because the priority is amassing power, not serving the people.

At the same time, the state has advertised itself as an abortion destination and sanctuary state, and designated (until recently) shoplifting as low-priority crime. A culture of death, and lawlessness, are all part of paganism.

The pagans in charge are even trying to force electric vehicles on the public; going so far as to ban the sale of gas vehicles in California come 2035. All of this to lord over people’s lives under the guise of reducing so-called green house gases, a.k.a carbon dioxide.

Thanks to paganism, the cost of living in California is the highest of all 5o states despite being the wealthiest of state of the union. Why? Planet worship means no new power plants, the destruction of dams and little to no energy exploration.

That’s part of the problem. The other part is governments burdening taxpayers to foot the bill for housing, feeding , providing health and welfare benefits to illegal immigrants and paying for the homeless. As I have written previously, California has spent nearly 25 billion dollars on the homeless. Are you seeing a pattern here?

Pagans do not care about people, they care only for whatever keeps the empowered and wealthy. They see themselves as ruling rather than serving the people.

By its very nature, paganism is anti-God , therefore it cannot competently govern. It’s plainly stated in the in Proverbs 9:10 (NKJV):

The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom, And knowledge of the Holy One is understanding.

California’s Democrat-dominated politics are living examples what happens when there is no fear of God: wisdom is far from their decisions and therefore, chaos ensues.

California has wildfires literally every year. It’s not like politicians do not see them coming. Yet, the state, rather than clearing brush and other dead vegetation, allows it to grow unchecked. This speaks to willful ignorance, incompetence, and negligence.

Pagans are simply ill-equipped to run a state or city and are failures when disasters hit. The problem is their policies may exacerbate the damage of any disaster.

Is paganism the cause of So Cal wildfires? The preponderance of evidence surely lies in the affirmative.
