Christian nationalists… greatest danger to America? Well, that’s what the Democrats are breathlessly warning.

Forget the wide open border, the fentanyl epidemic and the failing economy. It’s those Bible-thumping, Declaration of Independence- reading and Constitution-adhering MAGA extremists threatening democracy!

And get this: these kooks have the unmitigated gall to believe their rights come from God, not government! Talk about delusional! Listen to the alarm from Politico/NBC news chick, Heidi Przybyla :

“The one thing that unites all of them, cause there’s many different groups orbiting, the thing that unites them as Christian nationalists, not Christians, by the way, because Christian nationalist is very different, is that they believe our rights as Americans, as all human beings, don’t come from any earthly authority. They don’t come from Congress, they don’t come from the Supreme Court, they come from God.”

Don’t you love how she distinguishes Christian nationalists from Christians? It’s called the politics of division: divide and conquer. This gives so-called good Christians room to distinguish themselves from those dreaded nationalists whom the media are vilifying .

How dare those Christians, bucking the notion that government determines our rights. Where do you suppose these extremists came up with the crazy idea our rights come from GOD?

Oh yes, that radical document, the Declaration of Independence. It’s all in the second paragraph.

“We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.”

Creator means GOD. Unalienable, means our rights come from GOD, not government. That’s basic civics, man. Perhaps this babe believes DEI is better for America rather than the DoI (Declaration of Independence) ?

I guess that’s the problem with our smarter-than-the -average-bear elitists: they believe history began with their birthdays. Apparently, since everything in America’s history was racist, sexist or homophobic, why not dismiss the founding documents as out of touch with modern beliefs?

For that matter, why not call Christianity a threat? The left, of course is not referring to those Christians who are to0 busy trying to convince the world they are nice people. Those are the good ones, they imply.

Those who don’t know their place are the threat. You know, those individuals who stand for Jesus and, with discernment, boldly speak truth, no matter who it offends.

Well guess who is offended by the truth? It ain’t Christians.

Here’s the reason I believe the Dems are even pushing this whole “Christian nationalist” narrative. People are becoming red-pilled to the damage caused by leftist policies.

Most Americans resent leftist platforms of division, two-tiered justice, rampant homelessness, the transgender movement, child gender transition, racism against white men , decay of our major cities, turning the law against law-abiding citizens, raising the bar of arrestable offenses, allowing men to compete in women’s sports, pronouns, criminalizing political speech and the wide-open southern border.

People are sick of the left’s sanctimonious preaching of how people should think and what words they will use. They are realizing how much the country has degenerated in the one term of President Joe Biden.

Christianity scares the left because it exposes their immorality , despite any gaslighting to the contrary. The “nationalism” pejorative speaks to those Christians who know the Constitution and the Declaration of Independence and call out leftists on their violations.

In fact, here’s a truth. The only people trying to remake the world in their image are Democrats/leftists. They are the ones demanding conformity to their warped reality and submission to their socialist plans for government.

This radicalism is the true danger to America. They just don’t want anyone calling them out on it.

Trump calls for GOP unity after amazing Super Tuesday

Former President Donald Trump calls for GOP unity after amazing Super Tuesday victories. Trump ran the table, winning every state primary except Vermont.

Nikki Haley won her second primary in Vermont after winning Washington D.C. last week. Rejecting Trump’s calls for unity, Haley says she is not dropping out of the presidential race.

She told Politico:

“Unity is not achieved by simply claiming ‘we’re united,'” she continued, an apparent reference to calls from Donald Trump and his allies for the party to join in support of him. “Today, in state after state, there remains a large block of Republican primary voters who are expressing deep concerns about Donald Trump. That is not the unity our party needs for success. Addressing those voters’ concerns will make the Republican Party and America better.”

In other primary news, baseball legend Steve “Mr. Clean”Garvey (R) will face Adam “Pencil-neck” Schiff (D) in a November runoff for the US Senatorial race in California. A jubilant Garvey bid supporters to welcome California’s comeback.

In the biggest upset of the evening, Maryland entrepreneur Jason Palmer beat President Joe Biden in the Democrat primary in American Samoa. Palmer won 51 of the 90 votes cast. Not a huge turnout, but hey, a win is a win.

Trump’s momentum took on the aspects of a bullet-train this week. This, after the Supreme Court smacked down Colorado’s 14th amendment ruling. The ruling effectively stopped the efforts of other states like Illinois and Maine from removing the 45th President from the ballot.

Historic! SCOTUS smacks down Colorado 14th Amendment ruling 9-0

In an historic, unanimous decision, the Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS) smacks down Colorado’s attempt to remove President Donald Trump from the ballot due to the 14th Amendment. This 9-0 ruling effectively stops the efforts of other states to do the same.

Make Dems call for the 25th Amendment

If media reports are any indication, Democrats are setting up exit, stage left for President Biden under the 25th Amendment.  Republicans should keep their mouths shut and make Dems call for the 25thAmendment removal.

It’s obvious President Biden has neither the mental or physical stamina for the job and that was evident even during the 2020 campaign. Yes, conservatives have pointed this out ,but you only have to look at the numerous falls this guy has had.

Despite the signs of Biden’s weakening capacities, the media constantly gaslights people not to believe their lying eyes … until recently.  Now, the ministers of truth are presenting more and more stories questioning the 46th President’s physical and cognitive  capabilities.  

Trust me, this isn’t some revelation on the part of enterprising reporters and producers. The propaganda-press isn’t  saying to themselves, “You know those conservatives are right about Biden.” 

No.  They’ve been given their marching orders to bring Biden down.

Will we see Biden’s downfall in upcoming weeks? Not likely.  My theory is we’ll see a slow build-up with intermittent stories designed to develop a gradually increasing  media narrative.

Will Biden get the Democrat nomination?  Most likely. 

 Until then, just sit back and observe. Fellow liberals, and even some RINO’s, will continue to praise Biden and gaslight any facts to the contrary.

That is, until he gets the nomination. This is when I believe the whispers of removing him turn into an incessant chorus.

The 25th Amendment spells out the transfer of power if a president or vice-president cannot carry out their duties. It also allows for the removal of a President by the VP and the cabinet and or by 2/3 vote in both houses of Congress. Here’s the full amendment .

The 25th Amendment became law in 1967. Congress passed it in the wake of the assassination of President John F. Kennedy in 1963. Vice President Lyndon B. Johnson was sworn into office, but the office of the VP remained vacant for over a year before LBJ selected Senator Hubert Humphrey as his running mate for the 1964 Presidential Election. 

Congress and presidents have used the 25th Amendment a handful of times. From Annenberg Classroom:

The Twenty-fifth Amendment went into effect in 1967 and was first applied in 1973 upon the resignation of Vice President Spiro Agnew, who was facing charges of bribery and corruption. President Richard Nixon then appointed House Republican minority leader Gerald R. Ford as the new Vice President. Less than a year later, Nixon resigned the Presidency as a result of the Watergate scandal. Ford became President and appointed former New York governor Nelson Rockefeller as Vice President. Ford and Rockefeller thus became the nation’s first unelected team of President and Vice President.

The “acting President” provision of the Twenty-fifth Amendment was first invoked on July 13, 1985, when President Ronald Reagan underwent cancer surgery. He signed a letter transferring power to Vice President George H.W. Bush and sent another letter to the Speaker of the House and president pro tempore of the Senate, as the amendment required. Following his surgery, Reagan notified them that he was fit to resume his Presidential duties. In 2002, President George W. Bush signed similar letters to transfer power temporarily to Vice President Dick Cheney, while Bush was sedated briefly during a medical procedure known as a colonoscopy.


The media pushed the use of the law during much of the Trump Administration, reaching a deafening crescendo in the aftermath of the January 6 psyop of “insurrection”.  The Dems, aided by their bullhorn , the propaganda- media ,called for then VP Mike Pence and members of the Trump Administration to dispatch Trump with the 25th Amendment.  Pence refused , so the effort never gained fruition despite the drumbeat mantra by the media. 

Fast forward to now. The 25h Amendment chant will grow louder, the closer the country gets to the Democrats nominating Biden. This rhetoric will reach maximum frequency  in the media after he accepts. 

Why should Dems have it both ways? They shouldn’t get the benefit of picking a decrepit candidate because of his value as a puppet, and then replacing him with a candidate who can circumvent the nomination process. 

The Dems can only pull this off if RINOs provide rhetorical cover.  You already know the script: wall-to-wall media coverage showing Biden’s decline. Senate speeches featuring the usual suspect RINO’s Mitt Romney, Lindsey Graham , Mitch McConnell , etc, saying how for the good of the country, Biden must step down …blah,blah,blah.

Spare us that “good for the country “soapbox. An estimated 18 million illegals have entered America through the southern border, including military aged men, thanks to Biden’s policies. Actually I should say the policies of Biden’s puppet masters.

The border crisis is a disaster of epic proportions. Any “good”
for the country at this point is pure gaslighting.

Nothing like ruining the nation for four years and then having the luxury of a mulligan. That’s exactly what would happen if RINO’s lead the chorus to remove Biden. They will provide the Dems  with political cover to remove their failed incumbent and replace him with Michelle Obama, Gavin Newsom, or someone else. 

What’s the issue here? The problem is the Democrat National Committee nominating an unscathed candidate.

The nominee would be a clean slate, from the advantage of not slogging through a bruising primary. This means no exposure of problematic policies or past stands normally exposed during a primary; plus he’s given all the former incumbent’s delegates without campaigning.

Why should the Dems be allowed to have it both ways? They shouldn’t, but unfortunately RINOS will most likely do what they do best: running cover for the Dems when the people are on the verge of rejecting them.

I hope I am wrong, but history says otherwise. Shout to the mountaintops you freedom-loving Americans. Tell the stupid party to shut up when it comes to the 25th Amendment. Make the Dems call for the its enactment.

If Joe Biden is removed, make the Dems the catalyst. If they bring in another candidate, allow their exposure as hypocrites, and exact from them all the political damage possible.

What is lawfare?

What is lawfare? Lawfare is a system of warfare using the legal system as weapons against an intended target.

The goal is simple: bring wave after wave of accusations, lawsuits and cases against the target, forcing them to devote time and finances to defend against the charges. And like every leftist tactic, they rig it in their favor.

First, lawfare prosecutors in blue states bring charges using some obscure law or rehashing previous cases from a new standpoint. Next, the propaganda-media manipulates public opinion with reports favoring the leftist prosecutors. The media narrative portrays the target in a negative light as if conviction is a foregone conclusion.

Finally , the battlefield is a jurisdiction with a biased jury pool or judge. Further stacking the deck, are judges not allowing evidence that casts doubt on the charges.

Does any of lawfare sound familiar? This is exactly what is happening to former President Donald Trump.

Why do you think all of these legal cases have descended on Trump on multiple fronts in an election year?  The goal is to create in the pubic consciousness an image of  this man embattled on all sides, so why waste your vote?

Last week, Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Arthur Engoron slapped Trump with a $355 million ruling in a case prosecuted by the  partisan state Attorney General Letitia James. Trump also cannot do business in New York for three years under the ruling.

In January, a New York jury ordered Trump to pay $83 million for defaming E. Jean Carroll. The author and columnist accused Trump of sexually assaulting her in a Manhattan department store.

Of course the propaganda media reported the rulings with wall -to- wall coverage, branding it viewers’s minds that Trump is not above the law. However, they conveniently ignored or played down the problems with both trials, from Trump accusing Engoron of practically pronouncing him guilty from the beginning, and AG James getting elected on the promise she’s going to get Trump.

Not to mention, for someone on trial for fraud, no one who did business with Trump reported any fraud on his part. Engoron said Trump committed fraud by elevating the worth of his properties and assets: a familiar practice in business and loan transactions.

In the E. Jean Carroll trial, the judge refused to allow Trump attorneys to present evidence that would have cast doubt on her character and the validity of the suit.  Remember, this woman is accusing Trump of sexual assault , yet she struggled to remember the exact year of when it happened.

Trump will appeal both cases.  The only problem with the latest ruling is a New York state law prevents Trump from starting the appeal process until he pays the full amount which is actually $450 million with interest included.   James promises to seize Trump properties if the bond is not posted in 30 days. 

Let’s see, excessive fines and restrictions from doing business in New York… Eighth Amendment violation anyone?

Who cares? It’s lawfare.   Shaky legal ground? That’s your truth. Implying guilt is all that matters. The brilliant Sundance at the Conservative Treehouse nails the definition of lawfare.

Like everything else about the left, lawfare is a tool to manipulate people’s thoughts, especially in an election year. This goes from location to the prosecutors chosen.

Take note that all these trials are taking place in major liberal strongholds where the jury pool or judge is anti-Trump such as New York, Washington D.C. and Fulton County, Georgia. Also is it a coincidence the prosecutors bringing these cases are predominantly black?

With the emperor-is-wearing-no -clothes mentality of culture, we’re not to state the obvious. But before you yell at your computer, “That’s racist!” Keep in mind that your humble writer is an American who happens to be black.

Why are most of these prosecutors of the same race? Perhaps it is to lessen criticism? (i.e. If you question the prosecutors’ motivations or merits of the cases that makes you a racist?) Or maybe the inference is Trump must be a racist/extremist if these minority prosecutors are going after him? Remember, there are no coincidences with the left.

But what about Jack Smith in the J6 trials? He’s a white guy.

True.

However, Smith has a reputation of having a case overturned by the Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS) in a unanimous 8-0 decision. SCOTUS’ rebuke of Smith, with the liberal and conservative justices in agreement , testifies to the ruthless tactics this guy is known to use. In other words, he’s perfect for lawfare.

What is lawfare? No heroics or gallantry to see here folks; just the scorched- earth politics of personal destruction. That is lawfare.

Keep this in mind as we draw closer to Election Day in November.

Trump’s VP must be an outsider

Lots of speculation over President Donald Trump’s VP choice.  Whoever Mr. Trump picks, it must be a Washington D.C. outsider.

Why must Trump bring in someone independent of the Washington establishment?  Something taints people after spending enough time in D.C. Even those considered strong conservatives should be viewed with a jaded eye.

Pundits are pushing Congresswoman Elise Stefanik or Senator Tim Scott as solid VP choices. I disagree wholeheartedly.

While a principled legislator and a defender of President Trump during the Russia – Russia hoax, Stefanik is a member of Congress. This means she makes her living compromising for the best legislation.  After all, isn’t that the nature of politics: giving something to get something?

The same goes for Senator Scott. He seems to be a decent guy, and has defended Trump on numerous occasions, but despite his Christian-conservative bona fides, he’s still an insider.

Yes, I understand the executive branch has to sometimes compromise with the House and Senate. And yes, I understand sometimes “inside baseball “knowledge is needed to get things done.

 HOWEVER …

In the times we are living, any compromise with Congress must mean them coming to the people’s side, as represented by Trump, rather than the other way around. This means Washington insiders are the last thing needed due to their exposure to the D.C. virus.  

What is the D.C. virus?   I call it a contagion that taints politicians’ view of the people, weakens their spines, and grafts them into the hive mentality of doublespeak, fence-sitting and taking “principled” stands only when election time rolls around. 


Because of this virus, every soundbite or vote a legislator makes becomes a political calculation. Standing strong on a matter usually comes after wetting that finger and figuring out which way the political winds are blowing. Are there exceptions to this? Of course, and I think Ms. Stefanik is probably one of those exceptions; perhaps even more so than Mr. Scott, in my humble opinion. 

 BUT…

Non-politicians must step up to fix Washington: ordinary men and women who view the current system with disgust and believe the needs of the American people ( not lobbyists) should take prominence in every piece of legislation. 

Key traits needed? They must be unflappable independent thinkers.

This must apply to those running for congressional office and for Trump’s Vice President choice. When it comes to the VP, only one person fits this description: Dr. Ben Carson.   

Dr. Ben Carson

Carson is not a politician, but a former neurosurgeon.  Why is this important?  Neurosurgeons are at the top-tier of the surgical hierarchy.  

Neurosurgeons perform precise and delicate procedures involving the brain and the spinal cord. We’re talking high stakes with the risk of maximum harm.  If you compare surgeons to military special forces, then neurosurgeons are the Navy Seals of the medical profession.

With this in mind, consider that Carson was the best-of-the-best of neurosurgeons.  At 33 years old, Carson was the youngest head of pediatric neurosurgery at Johns Hopkins Hospital. He gained national attention in 1987 when he and his team performed the first separation of infant conjoined twins. You can read about that here and here.

If that’s not enough to prove Carson is no empty suit, consider his life story: parents divorcing when he was young, growing up in a single parent home, living in poverty, having a violent temper and thought of as dumb by elementary school classmates.  He was blessed to have a strong mother who taught him and his brother the value of reading.  His Christian faith overcame his past, making him the brilliant surgeon and walk-the walk conservative he is today.

What sets Carson apart is his fearlessness to speak truths no matter who is offended. This was on full display during his 2013 National Prayer Breakfast speech with President Barack Obama in attendance.  Carson’s speech stood out because it was antithetical to Obama’s divisive policies of fundamentally transforming America.

Making America great again means looking to the talents, wisdom, humility and patriotism of successful Americans. These are the people we need in political office, not professional politicians.

As Secretary of Housing and Urban Development in Trump’s last administration, Carson got an up-close and personal of D.C. dealings. Some may say that makes him an insider.

No way. 

Although Carson headed HUD, he didn’t have to worry about re-election or towing the party line. He made executive decisions, independent of legislative bodies.

 Trump needs a loyal wingman who could later take the baton as his successor and pass it along responsibly.  Carson most certainly fits the bill for Trump’s VP choice.

Fear God, not man

There’s plenty to fear in our current world: wars, rumors of war, pandemics, rising crime rates and invasion at our souther border.  Yet the Bible tells us  to fear not. Simply put, when we fear God, not man, our Heavenly Father blesses us with peace and wisdom.

The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom,
and the knowledge of the Holy One is insight.–Proverbs 9:10
(English Standard Version)

If the fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom, what does the fear of man yield?

The fear of man lays a snare, but whoever trusts in the LORD is safe. –Proverbs 29:25 (ESV)

The American Heritage dictionary defines a snare as: 1.A trapping device, often consisting of a noose, used for capturing birds and small mammals. 2. Something that lures or entangles the unwary.

When a snare catches an animal , the noose tightens as it struggles to get away. This provides a perfect metaphor for fearing man.

How does the fear of man snare people? Worrying what people think or say about us can cause us to stay silent when we should witness or defend our faith in Jesus. You may even decline to stand against evil due to worries of loss of livelihood, reputation, or even your life.

The reality is we are compliant to what we fear. Yes, we obeyed our parents as children our of respect, but mostly because we feared the consequences of the belt or grounding. 

Remember also as a child going along with your group of friends because of peer pressure? We did so out of fear of ostracism.

I’d like to now revisit a situation in recent history in which all the fears mentioned above were encapsulated into a single, surreal event: the Covid pandemic . As you will see, this was a snare on many levels.

Many of us lost loved ones due to Covid, which was terrible and tragic. The elderly and those with chronic chronic conditions were most at risk. Yet ,instead of focusing on those who were at risk, government aided by the media chose to frighten every citizen out of their minds.

Numbers were inflated by hospitals . People who died in car accidents or had heart attacks, etc were said to have died of Covid if they even had a trace of the virus at the time of their death. This practice only aided in the panic.

Infected elderly people were returned to nursing homes under orders by health officials, leading to more deaths and inflating the death toll. This was largely ignored by the press, who instead focused on stories of food and toilet paper shortages, overwhelmed emergency rooms or how Covid would affect the incumbent president’s reelection. If this wasn’t bad enough, one news outlet had a Covid death ticker running during each broadcast.

People did anything they could to get out of that snare, as indicated by their blind allegiance to every arbitrary government edict. Many comforted themselves they were doing good and protecting elderly loved ones as they surrendered to tyranny.

People wore masks everywhere, even when walking with their spouse in the park, or driving alone. They stayed six feet apart even though the rule was unscientific.

Families hunkered down, isolating themselves from friends and loved ones. Many parents didn’t pushback against schools shutting down; forcing their kids to learn via Zoom. Many Christians stopped going to church due to fears of catching the virus.

On the other hand, many God-fearing Christians chose freedom over authoritarianism.  They resolved not to live in fear, because they believe God determines their calling into heaven. If Covid was to be that opening of the door to eternity, then so be it. 

These men and women continued social gatherings during the lockdowns. Despite following mask mandates early on , they later declined when reports came out questioning the effectiveness of the mandates (which recent reports have validated). These were men and women who walked into supermarkets unmasked and allowed their kids to have sleepovers with friends. Their fear of God trumped their fear of man.

So we can confidently say,“The Lord is my helper;I will not fear;
what can man do to me?”–Hebrews 13:6

Why did I spend a good part of this column revisiting Covid? We are in an election year in which certain forces do not want the return of a certain president. We’ll refer to him as DJT. 

Covid coincidentally came just before 2020 presidential campaign, along with rioting in major cities. If this happened as a prelude to campaign season, what do you think these forces have planned in 2024? After all, this DJT is winning primaries and surging in polls? It’s not difficult to imagine.

Let me encourage you to fear not as wars, rumors of war, threats of future pandemics and terrorist attacks loom. Pray often, study your Bible,and trust in the peace and protection of the LORD through your faith in Jesus.

For God gave us a spirit not of fear but of power and love and self-control.–2 Timothy 1:7 (ESV)

If conviction reveals your fear of man as greater than your fear of God, take heart. You do not have to remain enslaved.

Jesus sets you free when you ask Him to be Lord and Savior of your life. Surrendering your life to God, though Jesus and the by the power of the Holy Spirit, reveals truth and takes away fear. 

Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.–Romans 12:2 (ESV)

Now is the time to do this. I hope I am wrong, but I believe 2024 will be unlike any year in our lifetime. Those who keep their eyes on Jesus will be steadied by the power of the Holy Spirit no matter what happens. Therefore, we can encourage others to fear God, not man

Trump wins Iowa Caucus…by landslide

President Donald Trump wins the Iowa Caucus…. by landslide As of this writing Ron DeSantis and Nikki Haley are battling for second place: a very distant second place.

Trump won 98 of 99 counties in Iowa in the first vote of the 2024 Presidential campaign; not only crushing the competition, but causing Vivek Ramaswamy to suspend his campaign. Ramaswamy will throw his support behind Trump.

The question now is with Trump’s margin of victory, why is there even a race for second place? Wouldn’t it make sense for the candidates and the Republican National Committee to consolidate resources behind the obvious frontrunner? These are questions the voters are asking and the RNC is pretending to ignore.

Presidential CandidateVivek Ramaswamy parries the media like a master in every appearance. His latest interview with NBC’s Dasha Burns is a textbook study in handling the adversarial press.

You’ll see in the interview that Ramaswamy refuses to answer questions to advance the media narrative. He instead pushes back against the narrative to the point of flustering the interviewer with his own interrogation. LOL!

I’m still on the fence with Vivek, however he continues to impress me with his boldness and deftness. I could see this guy in a Trump cabinet.
