In an historic, unanimous decision, the Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS) smacks down Colorado’s attempt to remove President Donald Trump from the ballot due to the 14th Amendment. This 9-0 ruling effectively stops the efforts of other states to do the same.

This is a major victory for President Trump and for America. Praise the Lord!
What is lawfare? Lawfare is a system of warfare using the legal system as weapons against an intended target.
The goal is simple: bring wave after wave of accusations, lawsuits and cases against the target, forcing them to devote time and finances to defend against the charges. And like every leftist tactic, they rig it in their favor.
First, lawfare prosecutors in blue states bring charges using some obscure law or rehashing previous cases from a new standpoint. Next, the propaganda-media manipulates public opinion with reports favoring the leftist prosecutors. The media narrative portrays the target in a negative light as if conviction is a foregone conclusion.
Finally , the battlefield is a jurisdiction with a biased jury pool or judge. Further stacking the deck, are judges not allowing evidence that casts doubt on the charges.
Does any of lawfare sound familiar? This is exactly what is happening to former President Donald Trump.
Why do you think all of these legal cases have descended on Trump on multiple fronts in an election year? The goal is to create in the pubic consciousness an image of this man embattled on all sides, so why waste your vote?
Last week, Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Arthur Engoron slapped Trump with a $355 million ruling in a case prosecuted by the partisan state Attorney General Letitia James. Trump also cannot do business in New York for three years under the ruling.
In January, a New York jury ordered Trump to pay $83 million for defaming E. Jean Carroll. The author and columnist accused Trump of sexually assaulting her in a Manhattan department store.
Of course the propaganda media reported the rulings with wall -to- wall coverage, branding it viewers’s minds that Trump is not above the law. However, they conveniently ignored or played down the problems with both trials, from Trump accusing Engoron of practically pronouncing him guilty from the beginning, and AG James getting elected on the promise she’s going to get Trump.
Not to mention, for someone on trial for fraud, no one who did business with Trump reported any fraud on his part. Engoron said Trump committed fraud by elevating the worth of his properties and assets: a familiar practice in business and loan transactions.
In the E. Jean Carroll trial, the judge refused to allow Trump attorneys to present evidence that would have cast doubt on her character and the validity of the suit. Remember, this woman is accusing Trump of sexual assault , yet she struggled to remember the exact year of when it happened.
Trump will appeal both cases. The only problem with the latest ruling is a New York state law prevents Trump from starting the appeal process until he pays the full amount which is actually $450 million with interest included. James promises to seize Trump properties if the bond is not posted in 30 days.
Let’s see, excessive fines and restrictions from doing business in New York… Eighth Amendment violation anyone?
Who cares? It’s lawfare. Shaky legal ground? That’s your truth. Implying guilt is all that matters. The brilliant Sundance at the Conservative Treehouse nails the definition of lawfare.
Like everything else about the left, lawfare is a tool to manipulate people’s thoughts, especially in an election year. This goes from location to the prosecutors chosen.
Take note that all these trials are taking place in major liberal strongholds where the jury pool or judge is anti-Trump such as New York, Washington D.C. and Fulton County, Georgia. Also is it a coincidence the prosecutors bringing these cases are predominantly black?
With the emperor-is-wearing-no -clothes mentality of culture, we’re not to state the obvious. But before you yell at your computer, “That’s racist!” Keep in mind that your humble writer is an American who happens to be black.
Why are most of these prosecutors of the same race? Perhaps it is to lessen criticism? (i.e. If you question the prosecutors’ motivations or merits of the cases that makes you a racist?) Or maybe the inference is Trump must be a racist/extremist if these minority prosecutors are going after him? Remember, there are no coincidences with the left.
But what about Jack Smith in the J6 trials? He’s a white guy.
True.
However, Smith has a reputation of having a case overturned by the Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS) in a unanimous 8-0 decision. SCOTUS’ rebuke of Smith, with the liberal and conservative justices in agreement , testifies to the ruthless tactics this guy is known to use. In other words, he’s perfect for lawfare.
What is lawfare? No heroics or gallantry to see here folks; just the scorched- earth politics of personal destruction. That is lawfare.
Keep this in mind as we draw closer to Election Day in November.
The Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS) agreed on Friday to take up the Colorado case to remove President Donald Trump off the ballot due to the 14th Amendment. The court’s decision will have lasting ramifications in future efforts by the Democrats to keep the 45th President off of other state ballots.
The Colorado Supreme Court ‘removed’ Trump from the ballot in December for ‘inciting’ the January 6 ‘insurrection’ under the 14th Amendment. Critics of the Colorado court say the ruling is nothing more than election interference since Trump was never convicted for insurrection. More on that later.
Here is what insurrection clause of the 14th Amendment explicitly states:
Section 3.
No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any state, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any state legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any state, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.
As you can see from the language, the 14th Amendment applies to congresspersons, officers of the United States government, state assemblypersons, governors or judges. Nowhere is the President mentioned. Legal scholars say the 14th Amendment does not apply to the President because he is not an officer of the government and, in this case, was never found guilty of insurrection for the January 6 protest /riot.
If Trump was never found liable for inciting insurrection, then the legal basis from removing him from the ballot is questionable. You can’t penalize someone for an accusation without a conviction as Colorado, and later, Maine did. That makes a mockery of the law.
Arguments to SCOTUS will start on February 8 with a ruling following. Trump remains on both ballots pending litigation, in the meantime.

“This time we got him!” The corporate media implied last week after the (latest) indictment of former President Donald Trump. Now days later it’s, “Oh my God, oh my God, Trump might actually win this thing!”
How do I know this?I have been reading between the lines of any commentary, editorial or story, post August 3 indictment.
Case in point, a recent editorial by the Miami Herald editorial board that has warns of the existentialist dangers of re-electing Trump. I encourage you to read the editorial in its entirety, but for the sake of brevity, I am going to focus a few especially choice excerpts.
For this column I will present the excerpt as written, followed by my satirical take of what the editorial board really means. In other words, reading between the lines.
First, the lede:
In 2016, voters went for Donald Trump, the showman, the bigot, the iconoclast, the sexist, the mean-spirited charmer quick with jab, joke or derisive nickname.
Now, given the mile-wide lead that the former president has in the race for the 2024 GOP presidential nomination, a majority of Republican voters seem ready to embrace Trump, the authoritarian.
Translation:
You voters ignored our polls that showed Donald Trump had no chance of defeating Hilary Clinton . We get it: You were swayed by Trump’s celebrity, which caused you to mindlessly embrace Trump’s racist assessment of who was entering the country illegally through the US/Mexico border.
And how dare you not condemn Trump for insulting Senator John McCain’s valor as a prisoner of war in Vietnam. If that wasn’t bad enough, you ignored our breaking news of the Access Hollywood recording of Trump which should have buried him. You also turned a deaf ear to Trump’s disparaging comments against Rosie O’Donnell . (Who cares if she insulted him first? His response was like a bully.)
Finally you laughed at all of nicknames for opponents such as “Crooked Hillary,” “Lyin’ Ted “, “Little Marco” and “Crazy Nancy.”
Now Trump’s back with huge leads in the polls (after revelations that his campaign was spied upon, “Russiagate” was a perpetrated by the Hillary Clinton campaign, and he urged J6 protestors to leave peacefully). Reelecting this guy will lead to a power transfer back to the …people. That would be devastating for this country.
Trump and his campaign have been crystal clear: Should he regain the White House, he will consolidate every last bit of power he can into his own hands. The three equal branches of government will not be equal any more. The former president plans a sweeping makeover of the presidency and the constitutional foundations that actually make America great.
“What we’re trying to do is identify the pockets of independence (emphasis mine),” Russell T. Vought, one of Trump’s policy advisers told that New York Times, “and seize them.”
Translation:
Our side has been working to gather all the power into our hands, we naturally expect Trump will do the same.
And can you believe the gall of demanding a transparent Department of Justice and attorney general? Those pockets of independence should be outside the purview of the Executive Branch. (skip to 2:20 listen to 4:06)
Trump promises to wrest control from the Justice Department and order a criminal investigation into his predecessor, Joe Biden, an abuse of power that would top the Nixon White House and Watergate. Trump also says he will order the now-independent Justice Department to investigate charging decisions by local prosecutors, superseding constitutional separation of federal and local authorities.
You mean that same Department of Justice that “President” Biden has weaponized against his opponent President Trump and tried to give Hunter Biden a slap on the wrist?
Translation:
Trump will curb the current weaponization of the DOJ against the enemies of the Uniparty and instead have it go after criminals. (Wait…what?)
But Trump is promising something else: He will continue to reject our constitutional order and replace it with one-man rule, where he is the authority over laws and how they apply.
Translation:
Trump will… reject “our constitutional order” means he will govern not according to our modern interpretation of subverting the Constitution, but as the Founders intended. “One-man rule” is our way of saying dictator ( as we use racist, sexist or homophobe) to frighten people so they don’t hear the message of our enemies. The truth is we’re not giving up our authority over laws and how they apply.
He’ll undermine Americans’ ability to govern themselves. And he’ll create more chaos, because it serves him. We saw that, unforgettably, on Jan. 6, 2021, when he worked up supporters at his rally until they stormed the U.S. Capitol to block Biden’s victory from being certified.
Translation:
We’re in the process of undermining Americans’ ability to govern themselves. What do think the Covid mask and vaccine mandates were about? The same goes for our efforts to criminalize parents efforts to intervene when their kid wants to become the opposite sex? (Excuse us… gender designation at birth, not sex) The last thing we need is Trump screwing that up with the Founders’ belief about self -governance.
When Trump called for people to protest the election results on January 6, the numbers scared the hell out of us. Sure , the protestors didn’t burn down structures , vandalize police cars and beat up innocent people. That’s the difference between peaceful protest of BLM and Antifa and the chaos of Trump white supremacists.
Just because we called Trump’s 2016 election illegitimate, due to Russian interference, doesn’t give his racist , hayseed followers the right to do the same . So his commanding lead on November 3, 2020 evaporated over night after key states stopped the vote count. The nerve!
And now for my favorite paragraph, the conclusion;
Americans already have endured an unsuccessful coup. To prevent one that succeeds, more of us must pay attention, learn from history and act like the true Americans we can be.
Translation:
So far, most Americans reject Trump’s claim of a stolen election (although that number is shrinking). To make sure he doesn’t succeed, more of you must watch and gather information only from our news, learn from our version of history and act like the real Americans we want you to be (compliant, passive and unquestioning).

And so ends our first exercise in reading between the lines. I tried to take a humorous approach. Humor works when it’s based on truth.
Here we go again. The latest effort to separate former President Donald Trump from his base.
Another week, another indictment of a man already exonerated in two impeachments. Thursday , special counsel Jack Smith charged President Trump with four counts of conspiracy regarding the January 6 aftermath of the 2020 Presidential election.
Trump recently messaged on Truth Social he faces over 561 years in prison if convicted of this and other indictments brought by Democrats.
Yeah…561 years!
Are you sensing a little desperation here folks on the part of Joe Biden Administration? Specifically, the Department of Justice of “President” Biden whom congressional investigations are revealing may be the most corrupt man ever to hold the office?

Nahh… it’s probably a coincidence.
“This is very sad day for America,” President Trump remarked after the hearing, “When you look at what’s happening this is a persecution of a political opponent. This was never supposed to happen in America. This is the persecution of the person that’s leading by very, very substantial numbers in the Republican primary and leading Biden by a lot. So if you can’t beat ’em, you persecute them or you prosecute ’em, we can’t let this happen in America.”
Those astronomical poll numbers are precisely why we are seeing all these indictments over two years after J6 and over a year from the the 2024 Presidential Election. Apparently, the Democrats and the deep state believe that the plethora of criminal charges against Trump will gradually separate him from his base.
So far, every indictment has led to an uptick in Trump’s poll numbers. I suspect polling in the aftermath of this recent indictment will show the same.
Will these indictments also provide the GOP/ RNC with the excuse to remove Trump from the ballot in certain states? ? It’s remotely possible, but I believe the fallout would mortally damage the Republican Party .
Plus, the Constitution says nothing about an indictment or conviction precluding anyone from running for presidential office. Even CNN confirmed this.
Still, the breathless news reports of Trump taken into custody and fingerprinted, (and the hopes of an eventual mugshot) are still sickening and depressing. And that is precisely how these persecutors want Trump supporters to feel. They want us sad and demoralized with the hope we will eventually move on to a safer and softer candidate.
So far, like a Wile E. Coyote ACME bomb , these efforts have blown up in the face of the Uniparty/deep state. Which begs the question , Are we witnessing insanity (doing the same thing over and expecting a different result) on the part of Trump’s enemies? Maybe, maybe not.
The problem is their strategy to tar and feather Trump’s reputation are awakening more and more people to the reality of a corrupt two-tiered justice system, instead of separating Trump from his base.
So for now, stay strong, God’s justice will prevail. May we ask God not only for peace and protection over President Trump, but also that his persecutors would know the love of Jesus Christ in their hearts. Maybe we can separate some of these lost souls from darkness of their hatred.

Like a cross to a vampire, traditional masculinity triggers the godless left. Why is this so?
So much of leftism attacks classic masculine traits such as courage, assertiveness, independence and leadership. Here’s why they must.
I believe it’s because masculinity is normal.
Oh it can’t be that… can it?
Yes it can, and it makes sense if you think about it.
Everything about the left is a parody and a counterfeit. Their policies and goals are steeped in chaos with the upending of what used to be accepted behaviors of the two sexes.
There is nothing chaotic about true masculinity. If anything ,masculinity produces order and calm which is kryptonite to the radical left.
Take a guess as to the masculinity poster boy that most triggers the godless left? That’s right: None other than President Donald Trump.
Let’s see… the left labels Trump as bombastic and braggadocious, yet he exhibits those masculine traits of courage, assertiveness, independence ,leadership and results in spades. Maybe that’s why the left and RINO’s on the right hate him?
Trump not only exemplifies those qualities, but he celebrates other men that project those qualities. Just look at any of his rallies. He always makes it a point to single out people in his audience that look like men’s men. He highlights and celebrates that as one alpha male to another which gets the left seething.
“Toxic masculinity this and toxic masculinity that!” they whine as if every male is a bully or misogynist. Now are there some jerks who exhibit those negative qualities?
Of course. But who stands against the those who bully others? That’s right, the masculine male.
The experts say toxic masculinity is harmful to nations because of misogyny, dominance and violence. Let’s examine these examples one by one.
The vast majority of masculine men are chivalrous to women because of their up-bringing. Notice you never ever hear the left discuss chivalry as a part of masculinity. Nope, all we hear associated with masculinity is sexism.
Dominance is also alien to true masculinity. These men do not obsess over bending people to their will , they’re too busy living their lives, taking care of their families and working their jobs. Only godless narcissists and sociopaths, walk around, contemplating how they can dominate society and culture. Remember, control is a reaction to fear.
Which brings us to violence…
For real toxic males, violence is a go-to, whether it’s raging, protecting fragile egos, dominating women or impressing peers with random assaults. We’re talking developmentally arrested individuals, lacking self-control. For them, violence is strength.
On the other hand, threats to family, friends innocents and personal safety are go-time for the traditional masculine man. These are males with self-control and patience…up to point. While these men are not prone to violence, they are not afraid to use it when needed.
God gave masculinity to men as tools to protect, build, carry on the species, fight, and if necessary, kill evil. Demonizing masculinity, in favor of radically feminizing culture, is literally withering the United States of America and Western Civilization.
This coordinated attack on masculinity is not to make us a better nation as the leftist mantra often claims. Instead, it is a strategy to destroy western nations like the United States, Canada and Great Britain by weakening its protectors: masculine men.
Want to know the biggest reason the left hates Trump or any other unapologetic masculine men? These guys whether in big ways or small inspire men to stand , resist and, if needed, fight.
Most importantly such men are heroic to young boys and teens. They provide an ideal for them in which to aspire.
True masculine guys don’t obsess over what people think about them. They form their opinions based on their core beliefs and principles.
The ever growing numbers of MAGA reflect a country of males thirsty for simple, plain-spoken truths outside of the gaslighting left. That’s sand in the gears of leftism which bullies people into staying silent and standing down out of guilt, shame or fear.
Men like Trump are dangerous to the left, so they are demonized as racists, misogynists, and homophobes. This is done so other guys will hesitate pushing back against the crazy leftist agenda.
Too many men want to be liked and accepted by everyone:pop culture, friends and even people they hardly know. They parrot mainstream thinking with their comments and observations and are mortified if they offend anyone. These are beta males.
To quote the legendary Brooklyn Dodgers Manager, Leo Durocher, “Nice guys finish last.” Or in this case , beta males aren’t even in the fight.
The need for traditional masculinity is a truth that may offend many in our angry , petulant and unserious culture. Since traditional masculinity triggers the godless left, more males should embrace this trait with alacrity.
President Donald Trump is out in front, taking slings and arrows on the people’s behalf. What Trump has faced would cause most politicians to slink away in defeat.
Trump is showing that he is the people’s President and this frightens the uniparty and the deep state.
They have thrown everything at this man and everything has failed. Now all they got is revisiting the hush money probe that failed before. Legal experts say Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s case doesn’t hold up to legal scrutiny.
Please pray for him as he prepares to enter the Manhattan courthouse Tuesday .This, the culmination of the George Soros funded DA’s witch-hunt.
That isn’t stopping the deep state and the press from salivating about the prospect of getting video of authorities booking Trump.
Trump will likely be fingerprinted, have a mug shot taken , among other formalities before he’s formally arraigned and appears in court to plead not guilty.
We are living through dark times in America right now. We are surrounded by and being governed by pawns doing the work of evil forces hidden from public scrutiny.
Like you , I have had feelings of revulsion pondering the level of satanic evil looming over this country. We are witnessing the physical manifestations of spiritual warfare.
Evil is ugly and disturbing when you witness godless people carry it out without fear of consequences. Our enemies are emboldened because every institution in our country is corrupted.
For example, the indictment of President Trump is a glaring example of how the deep state has weaponized the legal system against their political enemies.
That all this happening during Holy Week is uncanny. I’m sure it’s part of God’s timing that this sham of an indictment is reminiscent of the sham trials Jesus experienced before His crucifixion.
Jesus knew He was going to the cross to save man. He knew he would die , be resurrected and sit at the right hand of God , ready to return during our Heavenly Father’s timing.
Let us pray that no harm comes to President Trump while in custody and that he and the MAGA movement emerges stronger:

May your angels surround President Trump and his group with your protection . Lord May the plans of our enemies meet with failure. Please bless President Trump with godly wisdom and discernment. Please fill his heart and the hearts of his family with your perfect peace that defies human understanding.
May President Trump keep our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ first and foremost in his heart and mind from this day forward.
Lord we pray that no plan will succeed against this man and his family and his administration.
Lord we pray that you would be glorified in this situation and that from this period of darkness would come the light of revival throughout this nation.
